I’m sure there’s plenty of good CRO people out there. I’m a very happy client of @JuliansDigital and Clayton at Convertibles.
They have a unique testing methodology and are doing col stuff with AI to guide the roadmap.
Not all quizzes are created equal.
Keep iterating though, if you nail one, it could be business-changing.

Free-shipping bar plus a one-tap upgrade to a bigger pack.
+24% revenue per visitor among shoppers who opened the cart.
Smaller sample size, still very promising, test it.

Quick win in Shopify
If your fixed rate shipping is $5.
Add a $10 fixed rate shipping with a slower estimated delivery time.
This anchors the $5 to seem 1) cheap and 2) arriving faster relative
Reduces checkout abandonment and increases revenue at not cost (no one is abandoning because they saw a worse shipping option)

The CTA sat 5 folds down.
Moving it up to the first fold resulted in +12% to revenue per visitor among shoppers who clicked add to cart.

Stop testing low traffic areas on your site.
There's no real data in that, it's all noise.

You run a configurator/quiz on your store?
Test a mechanic that gets people back, it's most probably costing you not having one.

Upsells didn't grow the basket, and fewer people bought.
Overall RPV suffered.
Test everything.
Upsells are not always a no-brainer, execution and research are the variables.

You've realized it by now, right?
We're not working less.
We're actually working more, mostly due to FOMO and the gamification/addiction of fast feedback loops.
In service, we can definitely produce more, but the client expects more as well.
Your 1 man 1 mill business, will be beat by the 2 man 1 mill business.
Granted, it does create some openings to start easier.
It's just the baseline moving up for all of us.
We're not going to be sitting around the couch, while AI is doing the work for us, because we'll always get beaten by the competition that is using the same tools, but not sitting on the couch.
Business fundamentals (expertise, quality, consistency) have been the same for thousands of years, no matter if the medium, tech, or format change.
