As a reminder, we do have an entrepreneur residency in France
It’s called the Uneed Residency, and the first edition will take place in Nantes, from may 26 to June 2nd
We have 13 residents:
@olexalysenko @DmytroBavykin @Pauline_Cx @DmytroKrasun @benjamincode @NicolasPapegaey @hugolassiege @SoraiaDev @MaxInPublic @cinamarina @filippkowalski @heymattia @ikoichi
It will be a first in France. You can come and meet us on may 29 during our hosting evening (link in comments)
I want to organize this 2 or 3 times every year. In order to do that, we need your support.
Every like, retweet, comment and content about the residency will help us getting more exposure for the sponsors, eg more money, to make the event viable.
And you might be part of the next batch 😊
why would i pay for a saas when i could build it myself
cool. why buy a book when you could write one yourself
Nice to have
This might be the most valuable thing I've ever released.
And it's 100% free.

With AI, it is essential to be able to describe what you want clearly. If you have only a vague idea of what you want, the AI will produce a generic product with no distinguishing features.
I analyzed X's open-source algorithm.
The biggest insight: hand-engineered features are gone.
Grok learns purely from engagement history.
What this means for you:
→ Be consistent with your topic
→ Random content confuses the model and kills reach
Pick a lane. Stay in it.
"In the future, it doesn't matter if it's Human or AI; it's about who produces more value."
🤮
I think it's clear nobody wants that, so please stop AI reply bots.
What I miss with LLMs is consistency. The code works, but it feels like it was written by different devs.
Like if your grandma made your favorite dish but used a different recipe every time.
I'm wondering what @samuelrdt thinks about this. After all, he is counting on ads as part of his strategy.
Negative ROI is there by design.
Let’s say I built a new product and I need my first 100 users so that I can iterate with them. The ROI doesn’t matter at all now, I just need data/feedback/users at any cost, so I use either google/meta/x/reddit ads or @tinyadz_ ai agent.
Now, let’s image i run vc backed startup and I raised my seed round. Now I can burn it all to grow at all cost so that I can raise my series A. Then I burn the series A money on ads to get to Series B…all the way to the IPO.
Once I get yo IpO I can keep burning my money at a negative ROI to increase my share price.
So, paid ads are designed for a negative ROI.
There are rare cases when you have a killer banner that performs great even organically and then you fuel it with paid traffic and u see positive ROI, but such cases are rare, and producing such banner is as hard as producing a banner/tweet that goes viral organically.
Product-market fit isn't permanent.
Even if you find it once, markets evolve and expectations shift.
Most roadmaps look impressive at first glance.
But the truth is they’re usually overloaded with every idea someone once thought was "important."
The more items you add, the less the team believes any of them will really happen.
Every developer eventually wants to rewrite the whole system.
Sometimes it’s ego, sometimes it’s frustration, sometimes it’s a genuine need. But rewrites rarely fail for technical reasons. They fail because the business underestimated the real cost of starting over.
It’s easier to sell a new feature than to sell stability.
The message Stripe is sending out by doing this is truly frightening. How can a seller be held responsible for the questionable behavior of these users?
And here we go , Stripe account closed for Capacity.
0 reason, no dispute, nothing. This can not be real.
Please @stripesupport @stripe do something. This must be a mistake.
