The different stages of dealing with anxiety:
Beginner: I will fight you until you go away!
Intermediate: I will prove myself I can handle it!
Expert: Hello there...I feel you, I see you, I let you go!

Assuming it covers my bills and some I would go all in.
But easier said than done :D

If you actually take a look at what anxiety is, you see it is actually caring and devotion.
Neither care nor devotion are bad.
Start seeing it as that.

Last thing I read it was about 60% who suffer from some kind of sexual disfunction.
At 60% you cant really label it a side effect, can you?
You are more likely to have it than not.

We started labeling human experiences as bad to ease the pain.
May sounds noble but did the opposite.
We created a label that keeps people stuck instead.

Being nice is good.
But you still need to keep boundaries.

Sales is one of those things where you have to learn it by doing.
Knowing is one thing. But doing it while something is one the line is a different animal.
Anxiety will hit and learning to stay on course when it does is absolutely necessary.

Nor should you.
If everyone likes you, nobody really likes you.
Real, deep connections need some polarity.
The biggest difference now is not that I never feel anxious anymore.
But when I do, that anxiety does not turn into panic and keeping me stuck in that cycle.
I am no longer worried about feeling anxious.
Unfortunately I believe those numbers will keep on rising.
Which probably also leads to more people taking SSRIs or Benzos instead of working on the actual issue.
Anxiety is now the most common mental-health condition in the world.
New data from the Global Burden of Disease study shows:
359 million people (4.4%) have an anxiety disorder
332 million (4%) have depressive disorders
37 million (0.5%) have bipolar disorder
23 million (0.3%) have schizophrenia
16 million (0.2%) have eating disorders

Depends.
Is it the first 10k month or is this reliable? I would like to see at least some type of realibility.
Always dodging your emotions means you are always in a defensive state and more importantly, in a fight.
A fight with yourself, your mind, and your life.
That fighting is what keeps you in fight or flight.

I feel like people think they work but they actually just stopped caring because you can’t feel shit while being on them.

For me healing is not becoming, it is just being.

Treat yourself and others like you want to be treated.
A little reflection goes a long way!

I will go as far as saying do not give SSRIs to anyone.

Thoughts are just thoughts.
Realize they are not you. It is just you who hears them.

Change is the only constant in life.
We hate change but that is why we have to learn to deal with it.
