This Muslim woman was forced to marry by her father at age 14 to a man who was 29 years old
She says she has to listen to everything he says, do chores, can’t work, can’t get an education, if she speaks out she’s beaten (she says this is how it is in Islam)
She got pregnant and had a child
If you remove the religion label of this, and relook at this situation, you’d realize this is actually called kidnapping, assault, rape and slavery
But because it’s women in Islam it’s expected and encouraged
This isn’t some far off in the past thing that happened a long time ago, this is happening to Muslim women right now in 2026

One year ago today, Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Deputy Devin Jaramillo was shot and killed responding to a traffic crash.
It was about 4 p.m. on Southwest 128th Street near Kendall. A Friday afternoon. Deputy Jaramillo was dispatched, and he went.
A traffic crash. Bent metal, people shaken up, somebody needing help on the side of the road. The kind of call that should end with everyone going home.
Deputy Sheriff Devin Jaramillo answered it, and never came back.
