It’s insane that you are out here pretending you are not a personal architect of the Gaza genocide.

You belong in prison.
The midterm results send a clear message: How we show up in the world affects our lives at home, and Americans understand that. When we alienate allies, appease autocrats, impose arbitrary tariffs, and drive needless conflict, American families pay the price. The Administration’s actions over the last two years have had real consequences for our security, our economy, and our everyday lives. Americans have spoken loud and clear. We should act on the message they're sending. A good place to start: a diplomatic resolution to President Trump's war of choice with Iran.

She was done when she lied about Biden working endlessly for a ceasefire. During a genocide. That was unforgivable. Period.

They’re gonna give ICE body cams under the guise of accountability. They’ll use the cameras to enhance surveillance. Same bullshit script from 2020 regarding police.

The police labor contract expires in eight months.
The police union is going to try pressuring Nithya into massive raises. They’ll come to her saying, “if you give us big raises we’ll leave you alone for four years and let you govern. We’ll even endorse you.”
Fuck that. Don’t let Nithya bend. Put more pressure on her than the union does. Use your platform/voice to inform people about what’s at stake.

A week ago, Eisenkodt was too racist to form coalition w Arabs to defeat Netanyahu
Now that US midterms have delivered resounding defeat of Israel/AIPAC, ruling elite have ousted Netanyahu so politicians can pretend genocide was function of Netanyahu regime
Don't fall for it

The problem with this approach is that if the "chosen" leaders say they don't want it, they derail the movement. To be clear: NO ONE has to step up and say they want to lead. There will be NO leader & basically NO congress if Jeffries/Schumer can't get 50% of the chamber on their side. So any group of 35ish (depending on the final tally) House members can BLOCK Jeffries regardless of whether there's an alternative. Remember when the Freedom Caucus ousted Kevin McCarthy there was no alternative for round after round of voting.
House Speaker Ayanna Pressley
Senate Majority Leader Chris Van Hollen
Fuck seniority, we want RESULTS @TheDemocrats.

He led Democrats into that charlie kirk resolution and had a secret tryst with jared kushner. Crazy that people don't like him

Jeffries is my congressman and his approval ratings are in the toilet. What role did he play in the almost 50-seat pickup the Democrats received?

Schumer is the issue here, though. Americans voted for accountability and bold action on policies such as Medicare for All and getting rid of the filibuster. Chuck doesn't have it in him to meet this moment.

The American people care about having a different senate majority leader.

Lucy and the fucking football. Right on cue.
Democrats win both chambers, and Jon Favreau is already explaining why voters must wait until 2028 to actually get things done.
Congress controls appropriations and oversight. Democrats can refuse new war funding and investigate the administration.
Yet the pitch never changes: Give us power. Now give us more. And somehow, it's never enough to actually change anything.
Rinse and fucking repeat.
.@jonfavs on Jimmy Kimmel: For the next two years, we're going to be able to stop bad things from happening... but realistically it's going to take a Democratic president in the White House in 2028 to actually get some stuff done.
