"The Honesty Paradox in Memecoins" This post was written purely for discussion and educational purposes❗️ I'm relatively new to the world of memecoins, but I think I've already noticed an interesting pattern. And I'd like to share some of my observations. I launched $JEFF (Jeff_FunnyGuy) on October 23rd. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I've already gained some experience that made me question something: Is honesty actually an advantage in the world of memecoins? Almost every single day, I pour my time, money, ideas and, without exaggeration, my heart and soul into this project. Every video, every new goal, every attempt to build partnerships and take this project to an entirely different level - all of it comes from countless hours of work. My workday starts at 8 AM and ends around midnight. I'm building connections, talking to potential partners, looking for collaborations, working on promotion and constantly thinking about what else I can do to grow this project. And yet, I regularly see comments along the lines of: "The dev isn't doing shit to grow the coin." But that's not even the most interesting part. The most interesting part is how the relationship between a developer and their community actually works. Let's look at a few examples. The community asked me to lock the dev tokens - I did it. It helped strengthen trust and gave the project some momentum, allowing holders to benefit from the growth. The community asked for a DEX boost - I paid for it. But in the end, a significant part of that momentum was wiped out by selling from the very people who had originally pushed for the promotion. The community asked for a giveaway - I organized one. Almost the entire remaining project budget from dev fees will go towards the prize pool. And this raises an obvious question: why do I keep listening to every suggestion, even when it isn't necessarily in the project's best interest financially? The answer is pretty simple: I'm used to being honest with people. For me, taking money generated by people's trust in a project and spending it on personal needs while the project itself still needs funding is simply unacceptable. I could do things differently. I could promise the moon, paint unrealistic pictures of the future and tell people exactly what they want to hear. But I'd rather show where the money goes, what decisions are being made and what I'm actually working on. And this is where things get interesting. I think I'm starting to understand the psychology of trust in memecoins. Look at projects that openly scam their holders. Sometimes, even after obvious signs of a scam, people continue to believe in those projects with incredible conviction. Why? Perhaps it comes down to a psychological mechanism that kicks in after someone has already taken a financial risk. Once you've invested your money, especially when your position is underwater, it's much harder to admit you might have made a mistake. You start wanting to believe even more. You look for confirmation that your original decision was right and keep waiting for the promised turnaround. Now let's look at the opposite situation. You build a transparent project. You show your actual expenses, don't make impossible promises, work towards long-term goals, communicate with your community and try to deliver on its requests. But this doesn't create that same feeling of an incredible opportunity that people have grown accustomed to looking for in memecoins. Honesty doesn't promise 100x tomorrow. Transparency doesn't guarantee a pump today. And long-term development often looks a lot less exciting than the next big promise. Which brings us to a rather strange paradox: An honest developer can lose people's trust because they refuse to promise the impossible. Meanwhile, a dishonest developer can maintain that trust simply by continuing to make promises. I'm not saying this happens in every single case. But during the short time I've been in this industry, I've increasingly noticed this pattern. Sometimes it feels like honesty in memecoins isn't an advantage at all, but an additional challenge you have to manage. Does that mean you should abandon your principles? No. I genuinely want to build an honest, transparent and long-term project. Not another coin that exists only until the developer takes their profit, but a project that can grow beyond the token itself. Maybe I still don't understand this industry well enough. Maybe I lack the experience that many people here have accumulated over the years. And that's exactly why I'm writing this post. This isn't an attempt to discourage holders, complain about the market or justify the project's performance in any way. I genuinely want to hear from people who have been in this industry for a long time and understand its mechanics much better than I do. I'm genuinely curious: have you ever encountered this paradox? And what do you think an honest memecoin should look like in an industry where, more often than not, the winner isn't the one who does the most, but the one who makes the loudest promises? And finally, a huge thank you to everyone who supports $JEFF, helps the project, creates content, shares ideas and simply sticks around. I see your support, and I truly appreciate it. I'm getting back to workπŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» Hold strongπŸ”₯ What do you all think? I'll tag a couple of well-known people I've heard about through the community. I'd love to hear your thoughts or advice in my DMs. @slingoorio @kimchi1x @a1lon9 @blknoiz06

Here's what i learned this month after a complete breakdown of my past trades and journaling sessions that prevents myself from loosing money : - Stop trading new pairs (bonding and freshly bonded) - Stop trading tweets - Trade only the new narratives with a confluence (several big accounts independently talks about it in a few hours) - Stick to your conviction holdings : engaged community that is forming and won't dump the next minute. Yes it still exists. and TAKE PROFIT

This is what you get when you don’t sell 30 seconds later for a +25% profit and go to sleep without closing your position

Got f*cked again. solana:GmyoabL4oY72yQA3EzTq5G5gQUF5SsE94jrs8bWfJzTt his being discussed everywhere - big accounts are sharing the story RIGHT NOW, +$250k raised and it is everywhere on my feed. Good narrative. Meanwhile : it goes to zero of course. Even if Elon tweets, it will pump like 10 minutes and dump right away I can't blame those buying and selling 30 seconds later for a +10% profit What an excruciating experience.

round tripped chudhouse, abcdefg, stickman, and so on... could have made like $30-$40k if i sold the top but when you believe it's not the same. Even lost money on these, and then came Ket, Ansem, testicle, LMAO, FKH etc... you round trip 90% of the time and you hold the rest, and somehow you can make it
