California election fraud WILL be exposed. Make no mistake about it.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! FA US Attorney Bill Essayli just vowed CRIMINAL LIABILITY for California election officials that defy the Trump admin and count noncitizen ballots — 20,000 ballots of which they've been warned about "WE are putting California on notice: if you count these ballots, you are subjecting yourself to CRIMINAL liability!" 👏🏻 Even allowing ONE of them to vote is criminal. One, 1,000, 10,000, 20,000, DOESN'T MATTER. It's illegal The feds gave California a list of 20,000+ likely noncitizens who were mailed ballots, and asked only that those ballots be set aside until citizenship is checked. California said NO 28 green card holders have already been charged, and ALL of them were on that list. GAVIN IS OUT OF EXCUSES

I'm hearing Ken Paxton is doing very well in early voting in Texas. Keep it up. Let's seal the deal.

Impartiality is imperative to ensuring public trust in our Nation’s judiciary. Judge Schiltz’s and Judge Tunheim’s on-the-record participation in a recent highly partisan New York Times Article, along with Judge Schiltz’s subsequent public comments, unquestionably calls into doubt whether they can be impartial in these cases. A judge who has publicly taken a political side on the issue of enforcing our Nation’s immigration laws cannot then preside over a case concerning one of the Justice Department’s key immigration enforcement initiatives.

YES, the Senate table (Republicans +3% national popular vote → 53–56 R seats vs. 44–47 D seats, retaining control) is realistic and sits in a solid, achievable range for that scenario. Current baseline: Republicans currently hold a 53–47 Senate majority (Democrats include two independents who caucus with them). In 2026, 35 seats are up (33 Class II seats plus special elections in Florida and Ohio). Republicans are defending roughly 22 of them; Democrats are defending about 13. Under an R+3% national popular vote: A realized Republican +3% popular-vote result would represent a substantial shift (~10–13 points) from today’s polling averages and a clearly favorable environment for the president’s party. Because the Senate is not proportional to the national popular vote—each state has two seats, and only a third are up—the outcome is driven by a limited number of state-level races rather than a smooth national swing. In that environment: Republicans would be strongly favored to hold the large majority of their competitive seats, especially those in red-leaning or Trump-won states (Iowa, Kansas, Ohio, Texas, Alaska, etc.). Losses would likely be limited to zero, one, or at most two seats. Holding the current 53 seats (or even 51–52) is straightforward; reaching 54–56 is possible with strong performances across the board and limited Democratic gains (or rare Republican pickups in places like Michigan or Georgia). Your 53–56 range is therefore plausible and not extreme. The lower end (53) aligns with a solid but not overwhelming Republican hold of the map. The upper end (56) requires efficient results and some overperformance but remains within the historical range of what a good midterm environment for the president’s party can produce. Control stays with Republicans in either case. Caveat (same as the House table): If the popular vote does reach R+3%, however, your Senate numbers are a reasonable and grounded estimate.

Breaking: Trump administration files motion asking for federal Judge Carter to rule by noon Thursday in case of 20k alleged non-citizen ballots. "This is an emergency. Every minute of processing that occurs without segregating the ballots of suspected non-eligible voters causes untraceable disenfranchisement and dilution of the votes of United States citizens." "United States respectfully requests this Court rule on its emergency ex parte application for temporary restraining order to preserve the status quo and prevent dilution of votes by noon on October 22, 2026."

Medi-Cal would consume state financial deposits. California is in deep financial problems. That's why they need to clean up those illegals to save money.

Helping? Yes, but no foreign troops there, but Russia even asked for help from North Korea with ground troops. That's even funnier. LOL! Thanks for reminding me!

Democrats have always had a coup plan since 2016. Obama and Hillary already tried and failed. Biden's autopen administration tried and failed. There is another new one? Then good luck! 😂😂😂
