Trying to watch more films as it is slowly becoming clear I have seen basically none 🥲 will do a wee thread here of the ones I’ve watched in the past week or so & continue updating it as I progress on my film journey 🤓✨

y’all are so afraid of traumatizing your kids and it’s just like….normal kid behavior. i cried every time my parents left me at grandma’s for a trip. because i was a child who cried a lot. and then thirty minutes after my parents left i got over it. because i was A CHILD.
Not unhealthy but we went to Mexico for a few days and left our toddler with my in laws. We face timed and called daily. When we got back my kid was terrified of us leaving him at the gym daycare because he thought we were going to be separated again.

mothers will die on this hill and in the next breath complain that their childless female friends have stopped talking to them
You guys realize that one of the greatest joys of motherhood is never again having to do any of the tedious and unfulfilling social rituals you were forced to do so you could increase your odds of finding a man who wanted to have kids with you

george had a flawless season in 2025 with two wins without the fastest car, and was the only driver who won apart from the mclarens and max. he genuinely couldn’t have done better in that machinery and outperformed the car throughout the season. what are you saying😭😭😭😭😭
Now I'm wondering if the 2025 Mercedes was actually very fast but George wasn't taking the most out of the car

absolutely. but when your friends who are parents show time & time again that they don't want to be invited or show up, it gets to a point !!!! :)
Most conversations on this app are so out of touch with real life. You should absolutely invite your friends who are parents to do things, even if it’s child-free. Let them decide how they want to handle it. But intentionally excluding them bc they have kids is ridiculous.

you're telling me drive to survive doesn't have good enough material for this season?
VOICE OF THE PADDOCK: This F1 season has been a sanitised snoozefest. And George Russell's refusal to even try and unsettle Kimi Antonelli sums up the sport's 'Drive to Survive' problem trib.al/GH5vbhG

how miserable do u have to be?!
Everyones got a take but I think we are ignoring the real villain in this story: adults who want birthday weekends.

A lot of these arguments can be solved by adding “for me personally”

This is why modern parenting is like prison. This mindset just straight up didn’t exist 30 years ago. My parents left the COUNTRY for multiple weeks and left me and my brother with my grandma and we did not die or even care lmaoo
