it's not just about completing tasks and collecting points.

One thing worth talking about in the creator economy is the relationship between creators and their fans
Creators put time and effort into making music and videos, while fans help those creations reach more people

what makes security adaptable?
for me it comes down to one question, can an account change how it signs without waiting on a network upgrade?
that's "account change," on the bunker checklist
- most accounts are locked to one signing method, if that method gets weaker, everyone waits for the whole network fix
- on @Starknet it’s different, accounts are smart contracts, so the signing code can be swapped
- same address, same assets, new lock
as of the october 2026 review, the evidence is a live account that upgrades its verification code in place
a post-quantum falcon account has also run on mainnet, but only as a demo
this doesn’t mean starknet is fully quantum-resistant, it's preparing
the part of "preparing" i find most honest is knowing what's shipped, what's a demo, and what's still a plan
starknet’s quantum hub lays it out that way
- shipped: a hash change in the protocol's core is live on mainnet
- demo: a post-quantum falcon account has run on mainnet, but regular users can't adopt it yet
- roadmap: more protocol changes are planned, some still research
- and some of the work depends on ethereum, which @Starknet doesn't control
that's what being honest about preparing looks like
starknet isn't fully quantum-safe. it's doing the work in the open, with the status of each piece dated and labelled

this is the real reason for starknet’s independent L1 conversation
the problem:
@Starknet can upgrade its own accounts but not everything sits in its hands
- but starknet posts its data to ethereum, and that leans on ethereum's own cryptography
the L1 fix:
- accounts can move to new signature methods without a network-wide upgrade
- a hash change in the core is already live on mainnet
as of the hub's 28 september review, some of this is live, some is roadmap, some is still research
starknet is preparing, not fully quantum-safe
a post-quantum future needs two things
- adopt new cryptography
- support it efficiently
the first part is swapping out what's vulnerable, like ecdsa signatures
on @Starknet , accounts are programmable, so devs can add new signature methods without a network-wide upgrade
the second part is keeping it all running smoothly
starknet's stark proofs squeeze a huge computation into one proof, and they're built on hash-based cryptography designed to resist quantum attacks
starknet isn't claiming it's quantum-safe. it's preparing
