I completed my ballot 🗳️ 🙌. Friendly reminder to return yours! Apologies for the long video but I wanted to share my thoughts on 3 key races here in LA. I voted for @KarenBassLA, @johnmckinney_ and @BenAllenCA. and urge you to join me. @nithyavraman, Marissa Roy and Jane Kim would exacerbate our problems. These far left activists lack common sense and commitment to public safety. NIthya Raman is NOT a change candidate. She’s been on @LACityCouncil for 6 years and served as head of the Housing & Homelessness Committee (where her colleagues dislike her). She deserves blame! NIthya doesn’t care if encampments are near our schools. Unsurprisingly, her constituents largely don’t support her. Does any rational, common sense driven person want to undertake this DSA experiment for up to 8 years 🤨? I sure as hell don’t. If we do, we can expect many more residents to leave.

My values, my identity and my community are far more important to me than any individual election result. Regardless, it’s widely understood that I lost in my particular district for the same reasons this ad is repugnant, blatantly false, and incites even more violence against Jews. And sadly, you consistently add fuel to this slanderous and anti-Jewish fire.

What a stupid and clumsy ad. This is a gift to Mike Rogers. This is what happens when noisy amateurs to dress up and cosplay political consultant.
New @RebellionPac ad dropping in Michigan. We have to suffer here at home, so Israel can get all its wars. That’s why they buy politicians like Mike Rogers. He promised to serve Israel “unconditionally,” but never made that promise to you.

The violence wrought on Palestinians by extremist settlers is reprehensible. Not clashes. I mean the dudes who wake up and decide to go terrorize their neighbors. It’s appalling, and it’s appalling that the government doesn’t care to crack down on it.

Working together with Councilwoman Traci Park, we’ve helped move hundreds of people off the streets and into housing. Thank you Traci, for your partnership and commitment to getting things done! As we look ahead to the 2028 Olympics, there’s more work to do together to get our city ready. Let’s keep the progress going, vote on or before November 3rd!

Rick and I have a long history of working together to solve big problems. Rick and his nonprofit, Steadfast LA, have been an invaluable partner in our work to rebuild the Palisades and get families back into their homes. I’m honored to receive his support and I look forward to working with him over the next four years to solve major problems in our city.
After careful consideration, and for the future of the City of Los Angeles, I will be voting for @MayorOfLA.

Thrive LA is NOT conservative. They're center-left. FYI @samyebri
NEW: @nithyavraman’s campaign has filed ethics complaints accusing a @KarenBassLA-backed super PAC of using an AI clone of Raman’s voice to deceive LA voters. The campaign alleges callers can have live conversations with an AI version of Raman without being told it’s artificial intelligence or who’s funding the operation.

BREAKING: @RickCarusoLA is voting for his former opponent @KarenBassLA for LA mayor, saying he believes she has learned from her mistakes while leading wildfire recovery efforts. Caruso sharply criticized Nithya Raman, citing concerns over public safety, homelessness and her lack of executive experience.

Israel 🇮🇱 votes tomorrow. A year ago I said I hoped Likud would lose this election. Whatever you think of the job he’s done, I don’t think Netanyahu is the guy to lead Israel’s next chapter, which must be one of healing, sensitivity, deep strategic thinking, and collaboration.

If @AbdulElSayed truly means what he says about treating the Jewish community as he would treat his own children, then he would immediately condemn this dangerous ad as outrageously antisemitic and demand that it be taken down. If not, then he’s full of shit.
New low for normalized Jew-hate in the American Democratic Party. Very sad: Painting your political opponents as puppets of Jews, as this El-Sayed ad does, and as crazed baby-killers and money-grubbing villains who are the root cause of every bad thing not just in the world, but in your life—from wars to the price of eggs to the reason you can’t have free healthcare—is not just low-grade Jew-hate. It’s pure Third Reich stuff, translated directly from the original German. Do you remember when Jewish Democrats in Michigan explained that they would vote for El-Sayed despite his open disdain for Jews, since there are many other important issues they need him to fight for? That anything was worth it to “defeat MAGA”? Well, here’s El-Sayed’s answer to them: Don’t worry, all those issues we agree on, like healthcare, inflation, and climate change, I’m going to make them about Jews too! I will tell the public that the Jews are the reason they can’t have those things.

Some serious economic misinformation to go with the antisemitism in this ad that blames Israel for the rising price of American eggs, bananas, healthcare - it falsely links American families’ grocery bills and healthcare costs to U.S. aid to Israel. - Aid to Israel is approximately 0.05% of federal spending - Most American military assistance to Israel goes to buy goods and services from U.S. defense contractors. - U.S. assistance is overwhelmingly military, not a direct subsidy for Israeli healthcare - most American bananas come from Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Honduras and prices are rising because of El Niño.
You want to know what desperate looks like? Blaming the price of bananas on Israel. Consider this PAC ad just another example of scapegoating the Jewish state. At least we can thank them for a case study in antisemitism.

FACT: The annual funding Israel receives from the US amounts to less than one-tenth of 1% of the federal budget. Less than 1/10th of 1%. FACT: That annual funding would cover only a few hours of federal health care spending. A few hours. Yet politicians who specialize in scapegoating would have you believe that Israel is responsible for America’s affordability crisis. Like every form of scapegoating before it, it is a dangerous lie.

This type of fearmongering about Israel is wrong. It is not a winning strategy for any state. It does nothing to help Michigan Democrats win up and down the ballot in eight days. Do we need to lower costs by building more homes, securing people’s health care, and creating a fairer federal tax code? Yes, we do!! How we do so is not by blaming the high costs of our goods on the only Jewish homeland in the world. I want to see Democrats succeed at every level, and that means keeping our focus on lowering costs for Michigan families and reining in this out-of-control President.

Anti-Jewish lies through the ages: ❌ 1300s: Jews poisoned the wells ❌ 1400s: Jews murder children for religious rituals ❌ 1500s: Jews are inherently treacherous sorcerers ❌ 1600s: Jews are economic parasites ❌ 1700s: Jews are secret orchestrators of global revolution ❌ 1800s: Jews control the global currency ❌ 1920s: Jews control the banks and media ❌ 1950s: Jews are "rootless cosmopolitans" ❌ 2000s: Jews orchestrated 9/11 ❌ 2026: Jews stole your bananas and eggs The lies have changed. The hatred for Jews has stayed the same. Cenk Uygur's ad for Abdul El-Sayed isn't selling new politics. It's just recycling old hate.

This candidate isn't running to win a Senate seat. He's running to deliberately fracture Jewish Democratic support in Michigan, and possibly nationwide. Please do not EVER support a Democratic candidate with this message EVER again, in primaries or general elections. For anything
Unless Abdul El-Sayed immediately demands that this campaign ad be taken down and unequivocally condemns it and its creators, he will be exposed as a vile, dangerous, and divisive antisemite. Any (of my fellow) Democrats who condemn the disgusting Ramaswamy ad in Ohio but do not condemn this deserve our unflinching contempt.

Jewish friends, if you see people making these claims, can you please make it clear they are false? I founded Rebellion PAC to get progressives elected back when that meant health care and equal protections. Not this nonsense. I have to conclude this is people looking for reasons to hate me because I am a trans woman.
