Never check out no matter what. Stay in the game! Keep dreaming. Keep working. Refuse to fade into obscurity. You’re only limited by your energy and enthusiasm.

Early 20s all about taking your shot at things Might air ball a few times, might go 1/10, might decide you want to play a completely different game Virtually hard to “lose”… the only way you “lose” is by letting any “failure” or whatever, weigh you down Keep moving forward You don’t want to be that guy 10 years down the line: “It wasn’t even that serious, I could’ve _____”

All of the fitness goals you need to be “cool” and have a long life… pretty much anyone can go pack on some useless muscle (not beneficial tbh) Be able to lift heavy Sprint 100m in 10secs Dunk Train combat sports Run a decent distance without dying Your heart will thank you & you’ll be the coolest 80 year old in the future You can turn everything around for the better… w/ just a couple days worth a sprints a week

Top top dogs always same no matter if going thru highs/lows. Always chillin, positive, helpful. Wannabe’s usually chatty and super friendly during lows, tight lipped and too good for everyone during highs. Pendulum always swinging. dont let emotions + greed get 2 u

You should pretty much never be "planning" to do anything. Should just be doing it - "I'm planning on starting a business" - "I'm planning on working out" Means it's never going to happen. If you were serious, you'd skip the planning phase

Yes you might have to… Work extra hours Lose some sleep Pay some money to learn Miss out on the club Hit the gym extra Switch up your circle Fools get filtered out by the “inconveniences” but swear they want to make it in life, biz, athletics etc. Worried about optimizing… FOR WHAT? You haven’t earned it. Why try to be cozy at the bottom?

Being aggressive with your pursuits… while also being patient enough to finally see the light has probably been the most challenging thing All of the older homies understood it, finally feel like I’m getting a grip of what it is

💻—> 🏋️—> 💻 Never been type to just grind 12 hr straight Need to break up the sesh’s Biz/work for couple hours Go push some weight, sprint, pool, etc. (30-1hr) Back to 💻 grind —— Ofc won’t work for all days, but do as much as possible… don’t want to burnout. Also, don’t take too long of break… turn into the types who end up twirling fingers for 4 hours @ pool w/ 0 productivity.

The only worldview that's remotely useful as a man is: Everything that happens to you is your fault and it's up to you to fix it

Huge misconception when it comes to training for athleticism is that you should be tired after every workout Less is more… Exact reason why plow horse style coaching—that majority of HS “coaches” lead with— yields basically 0 elite athletes Shouldn’t be walking away from explosive style training extremely exhausted

Focus on showing integrity towards yourself before you focus on showing integrity towards anyone else. Breaking the promises you make to yourself is the quickest way to destroy your own self image and create feelings of worthlessness. Honor your word no matter what.

Easy to compare yourself to the avg person your age and think “I’m good, light years ahead of them” WRONG We’re not playing the same game… we’re competing with the top 10% and up Didn’t get to top % in athletics by worrying about Joe Shmoe Won’t get to top in biz, etc. by comparing to the average

Good to look around and be grateful of where you are. Don’t stress yourself out too much… but understand the real game you’re playing

It really comes down to simply doing what is necessary to go from point A to point B. Regardless of emotion/how you're feeling about doing the next required action.

If someone suggests a morning routine to you and it doesn’t start with prayer throw it in the trash Andre Huberman could never measure the power of prayer

You'll never hear a top salesman say "I'll prospect next week" You'll never hear a top bodybuilder say "I'll get my protein in tomorrow" But you're sitting here putting things off & somehow think you'll still be successful? Wake up There is only TODAY
