Since Q1, the Afrimat Construction Index has rebounded with a 21.7% rise in building completions, 13% increase in building materials sales, and 10% growth in production volume. However, despite a 6.8% q/q gain in Q2—more than double GDP growth—the y/y change remains negative.

An interesting one for 🇿🇦 investors. A pure play on renewable infrastructure, hard to get this type of exposure on the JSE. EUR yield (9%), making it an attractive rand hedge. 30% discount to NAV. With an €800m mkt cap, liquidity should not be an issue for most investors.
