Dzisiaj pitchowałem RWA Shield na VII Kongresie Lendtech w Varso. 🚀🛡️
Przede mną pitchował @majordev ze swoim @Tempo_Trade, a zaraz po mnie @norbertbodziony.
I właśnie po takich wystąpieniach człowiek widzi rzeczy, których NIE zobaczy podczas kolejnych godzin siedzenia nad deckiem.
Moje dzisiejsze lekcje:
👉 prezentacja zawsze w PL + EN
👉 problem musi być zrozumiały w kilka sekund
👉 Proof of Concept trzeba POKAZAĆ
👉 monetyzacja musi być jasna
👉 pitch robisz dla PUBLICZNOŚCI,
nie dla siebie
U mnie deck nie pokazywał wystarczająco jasno problemu, PoC i sposobu monetyzacji.
I bardzo dobrze, że dowiedziałem się tego NA SCENIE, a nie po kolejnych 3 miesiącach budowania.

Jeszcze większą wartość dały rozmowy po pitchu z ludźmi, którzy już budowali startupy, raisowali kapitał i przechodzili tę drogę wcześniej.
BUILD → PITCH → GET GRILLED → IMPROVE → REPEAT.
Ogromne dzięki @SuperteamPOL za to, że dzięki tej społeczności znajdujemy się w takich miejscach, poznajemy takich ludzi i możemy pokazywać to, co budujemy.

16 lipca 2019 r., kilka dni po upadku BitMarket, podczas debaty Trading Jam Session przedstawiciele giełd i kantorów kryptowalutowych wspólnie dochodzą do dość oczywistej konkluzji:
"Giełda powinna mieć 100% pokrycia depozytów klientów, nie powinna grać ich środkami ani nimi manipulować".
Sylwester Suszek i BitBay brną w narrację, że właśnie tak to u nich wygląda — środki klientów są zabezpieczone i nie są wykorzystywane do gry.
Całą debatę prowadzi @rafal_zaorski — co z dzisiejszej perspektywy dodaje tej scenie jeszcze więcej ironii. 😏Bo już wtedy BitBay @zondacrypto miał problem z odzyskaniem tylko od samego Zaorskiego ok. 150 BTC. Już wtedy zapewne brakowało znacznie więcej środków.
Według dokumentu „dziura.xlsx”, który jest @PK_GOV_PL znany - na 07.07.2021 r. różnica miała wynosić już:
