Government of Ghana’s statement on the tragic killing of Javits Frimpong in the Bronx, New York. I have spoken to the father of Javits, Mr. Thomas Frimpong and directly conveyed the condolences of the Government and people of Ghana. On my instructions, officials of our Permanent Mission in New York have visited the family and coordinating with local authorities. The Foreign Ministry will work tirelessly with US authorities to ensure justice is secured. The family of Javits and his loved ones remain in our thoughts and prayers. May God grant his lovely soul a peaceful repose. For God and Country 🇬🇭 🙏🏾

This is the reason i am ruthless with our leaders, idgf how old you are or your status! Ghana has to work we can’t be weak links as our parents who were uncritical, unquestioning and braindead.
Ghana must work in my generation. We cannot afford to fail the next generation.

Ghana's best option to transform the country is President John Mahama. But as a weak black nation crippled by the Western neocolonial handout called “Democracy,” we will still vote for a useless candidate next election, even though every well-thinking Ghanaian knows Mahama is the best brain to drive Ghana's prosperity.

8,000,000,000 people on Earth. Almost no one knows you exist. The few who do are too busy to care. Relax. No one’s watching. Dear son, Go build your life.

We are spending in the right places, on the right things, without wasting public resources. Timely releases to statutory funds mean honouring our obligations, respecting the law and breaking the cycle of arrears. Every cedi must serve the people. 🇬🇭

Ghanaian Reporter Parrots Western Propaganda About His Own Country, The Spearhead Reacts This April, Ghana rejected a ridiculous “health deal” offered to it by the US under the so-called “America First Global Health Strategy”. This deal would have seen Ghana hand its sensitive health data, medical records, and national pathogen profiles on a plate to Africa’s single greatest geopolitical enemy. So the Ghanaian government did what any sensible African government would have done. In this report for The Spearhead, @barrahart reacts to a @dwnews report on Ghana’s decision, hosted by a Ghanaian “journalist” who clearly doesn’t know where his African interests lie.

At @Spearhead_Af we do not shy away from calling out fellow African journalists for being imperial water carriers acting against the sovereign interests of their own countries. Step forward Ghanaian DW journalist Eric Egbeta.

Again, the new generation media are more impactful that traditional media
I checked 17 health promises from the NDC manifesto against the record. One done, nine moving, seven with nothing to show yet.

New media has become more impactful than traditional media. Your days of reckoning are coming when nobody will take you seriously or patronize you. For years you used your medium for political propaganda and senseless debates on trivial matters, while the new generation of youths has been more purposeful and impactful with mobile phones and drones to support national development. Kwame Sefa Kayi’s “Sir John” stupid lazy politics no longer work. Natural selection will take you hopeless media out soon. Instead of addressing weightier national issues you traditional media continue to do morning NPP NDC retrogressive political debating while the country deteriorates. Now this is impactful journalism. Mmoa!

Very cheap and useless media house i wonder who takes these people serious
Wait… there’s more to the story! After stating she bought her own ticket to Ghana from south Africa and had not received her money, the woman returned minutes later with a clarification following a call from the Ghanaian Embassy in South Africa. “I bought my own ticket, but the truth is I joined the evacuees. I’m not part of the government registration. I came on my own. I thought I was part of them.” Two different explanations #JoyDigital | #JoyNewsFocus
