A Week in The Life of a Claudepilled Marketing Founder medium.com/p/a-week-in-the-l…
(list of everything claude did for me in the past week)
To think about how this runs a whole a multi million dollar saas for THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS A MONTH
What a time to be alive
BRB making an embroidery of this youtube comment to hang up in my kitchen for when my family QUESTIONS ME
Just want to say I got my year 7 kid a brick phone and it was a great move.
He can call and text his friends directly to make plans, he can let us know if he's going to a friend's house after school.
No internet, no downsides of a smartphone.
Try it out.

I sometimes hate that the last third of my life has consisted almost exclusively of sitting around looking at my phone. but then I think of how my ancestors lived, sat around looking at potatoes or something. compared to them I am winning, and winning big.
"be more ambitious with your prompts" is the wrong advice
it makes you think of gigantic projects but you're more likely missing smaller every day things that it never occurred to you to ask AI to do
anything that can be done on a computer, AI can now do for you
I love how if you get a facial or something they have all these autoresponders that are like IF YOU DONT COMPLETE THIS FORM WE WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
And then when you get there no one has heard of that form, you definitely didn't need to complete it and they just look at you like you're dumb for bringing it up

Cool offer for mutuals I wanted to pass forward:
Can you make it to Tokyo in 24 hours?
A member in my community has a fully-funded space for walking Kumano Kodo Iseji, running October 31 to November 9.
Are you fit enough to walk around 18km/14mi per day with a day pack?
And are you feeling a call to a greater sense of connection - to yourself, to community, and to something larger?
Please dm me if interested!
Since moving back to London after almost a decade away, I keep meeting young people here building incredible things. Some at uni, some who've deferred
Hosted a small group of them tonight with @AkashBajwa96 at @meetgranola HQ and came away really inspired about the young talent here in the UK
Two ways you can help:
1. Angels who want to back impressive young (sometimes solo) founders early, DM me!
2. Pen testing/SOC2, which came up twice tonight. They have traction and need early security certifications to properly capitalize on it. If you can give them a great rate (under $3K per pen test), I'll send you two customers straight away. Hopefully, many more after (check my profile for the number & type of events I run)!
Zooming out, I've been looking for one thing I can commit time to, a cause i can consistently care about outside a busy job. I think this could be it!
Still reading this? If you know anyone great who's young in the UK and wants a peer group of ambitious builders, let me know. Hosting the next one in about a month with Akash.
I let AI run my YouTube without my taste on it.
Result: ~1,000 views a video.
A month earlier, writing them myself: 13,000 to 20,000 views. Same channel, same audience.
It's everywhere:
- Ad creative for clients: can't let the AI run alone.
- AEO/SEO content: still needs an editor.
- My X: Max used the X skill on autopilot, reach dropped. He started writing in his own voice again, reach came right back.
- Cross-posted videos: 1K on autopilot vs 15-20K when I write.
You still need the human in the loop.
If anyone tells you AI has already figured it all out, run in the other direction.
Neil's take: the key is adapting. Figure out where AI is weak and where it's strong, and don't drink the Kool-Aid.
AI plus taste beats either one alone.
AI-only content usually isn't bad. It's average. Average gets buried. Your taste is the part AI can't fake yet.
