ANTHROPIC LEAKED A FILE WHERE AN AGENT WITH NO CODE BUILDS A SYSTEM WORTH $100,000 IN 60 MINUTES the agent costs $0, builds the whole thing locally with no code at all, and month one is already $70K+ services → form → checkout → mailer → cash it writes nothing - it opens the 6 services you already pay for and configures them itself at minute sixty there is a live page, a form writing to a sheet, a link that takes money and a sequence that sends itself no repo, no tests, no diff and no rollback - and that is the whole speed and the whole risk $100,000 goes in and $96,883 lands in the bank: the checkout takes $2,996, the six tools $120, the agent nothing the checkout eats thousands of times more than everything the agent did in that hour the agent closes three quarters of the circle by itself - it builds, it publishes, it waits you close the fourth quarter, and that is 334 people at $299 the hour never brings a coded build leaves you something you can read a year later, this one leaves you six accounts save this and paste it into Claude Code - let it configure these 6 services for you ↓

ANTHROPIC + GROK LEAKED A FILE WORTH OVER $4M THAT BUILDS A SOLO AI BUSINESS DOING $100K A MONTH IN 60 MINUTES the hour costs $2.20, and day one can close $800 root → reality → surface → hunt → clock → back to root 5 blocks of 12 minutes, and two of them eat 68% of the bill because only they touch the live feed Grok 4.6 hands over not a feeling that there is demand, but 4 named fields: who is already doing it, what they offer, what people complain about and where the hole is the fourth field decides what every block after it builds Opus 5 gets called exactly 1 time, and every later block quotes it 3 Sonnet 5 run in parallel and produce 4 files in 12 minutes, including the payment link most launches are still missing on day 30 400 signals → 12 letters → 3 replies → 1 payment, and this is the only block that produces a conversation the hour buys you a page, a link, a queue and a signal list - it does not buy you buyers save this and paste it into Grok - let it build your ROOT.md ↓

ANTHROPIC LEAKED 10 TOOLS THAT BUILD A PRODUCT IN 24 HOURS - AND ALL OF THEM ARE FREE everyone clones the 10 repos, almost nobody stacks them in the right order - the order is the product. core → scaffold → work → gates → autonomy the first layer isn't writing code - it's assembling a team: the core in the terminal, procedures as files, plugins on top. you clone 3 repos and you've hired nobody, yet 6 roles already exist. the scaffold is the biggest saving on the whole path - you don't design twice what's already solved in the templates. the patterns sitting in the cookbooks are the exact ones you'd rediscover on your own in week 3. then the work runs in a room you were never in - an agent where thinking is needed, a direct call where it isn't. gates replace review, they don't supplement it - the agent sits inside your pull request and rejects before you open it. a gate that never rejects anything is a status badge, not a gate. only the last of the 5 layers is autonomy - scan, research, patch, and one report waiting for you while you pressed nothing. turn autonomy on before the gates and you've just automated your own mistakes. 3 inversions in the order and the same 10 repos produce zero product. save this and paste it into Claude Code - the repos are the public part, the sequence isn't ↓

OFFICIALLY SAYING KIMI K3 IS BETTER THAN CLAUDE FABLE-5 FOR FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT Tried building the same splashy landing page with both 5x cheaper while being faster + more token efficient. I can say that Kimi is no longer just the cheap alternative, it's really the best model now.

I made a 16-page PDF to get you Claude-certified. The certificates are official by Anthropic & free... And the playbook is free too, at how-to-ai.guide. Here's what's inside: The Claude Certification Playbook. → 3 official certificates & the order to take them in. → Step from creating an account to downloading. → The fake detector (yes, people sell fake ones). → The LinkedIn format to showcase the certificates. → The copy-paste announcement post on LinkedIn. → What you can honestly say about it in interviews. The certificates take 6 hours. Getting the playbook takes 2 minutes: 1. Go to how-to-ai.guide. Subscribe for free. 2. Open the welcome email in your inbox. 3. Tap the Notion library link inside. 4. Download "The Claude Certification Playbook." 5. Start with page 4 (the fake detector). Know someone job hunting? Send them this post. It's the favor.

Fable 5 is staying in Claude Code until July 12. Someone just turned the entire Fable 5 workflow into 9 simple diagrams. They cover: «the daily loop, trust ledger, standing goals, and the 4 optional loops» «every step is numbered and easy to follow» «each diagram includes the exact script Claude should run» «every workflow also has a check to make sure it worked» And it's completely free. Just upload the diagrams to Claude and follow along. save this and bookmark it. you'll definitely need it later.

Claude Fable 5 will be available again globally tomorrow. After a series of productive conversations with the US government, we're redeploying the model with a new set of classifiers to target and block more cybersecurity tasks. In the near term, some routine tasks like coding and debugging will fall back to Opus 4.8. We’ll continue to refine these classifiers over the coming weeks to reduce false positives and better distinguish genuine misuse from legitimate requests. We’ve also begun drafting a consensus framework—with Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and other Glasswing partners—for assessing the severity of AI jailbreaks and how AI developers should respond to them. We invite other industry partners and model providers to join us in this effort. Finally, we’re scaling up our collaboration with the US government on model testing and safeguards. This will include pre-release access to models and safeguards for evaluation, information sharing on jailbreaks and misuse, and dedicated resources for joint research. Thank you to our users for your patience, and to our partners across the government, industry, and the research community who worked alongside us to make Fable 5 available again. We've been able to book calls from LinkedIn without pitching once in a connection request or first DM Founders and sales leaders running this system are converting warm LinkedIn prospects to booked meetings without their outreach looking like anyone else's in the inbox The system handles the reputation layer, the warming layer, and the conversion layer so by the time a message is sent the prospect already knows your name Building a magnetic LinkedIn profile and content system that warms your audience before you send a single message, posting on a minimum viable rhythm that compounds over time without burning out, warming every target prospect through genuine engagement over 2 to 3 weeks until they move from cold to warm to hot, then sending a 4-message sequence from connection accepted to booked meeting where no calendar link appears before message 3 and no message could have been sent to anyone else Each person running the full 8-playbook system books calls with people who reply as if they already wanted to hear from them RT, follow + comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll show you how we do it

I genuinely don't understand why everyone isn't using this yet Andrej Karpathy, a co-founder of OpenAI, posted a simple idea that hit 16 million views: stop using AI to write code, use it to build a second brain. You point Claude Code at a folder, drop in any source, an article, a transcript, a PDF, and Claude reads it, links it, and files it into a living wiki of everything you know. It compounds like interest, the more you feed it, the smarter it gets. Here's the whole thing: > Install Obsidian, create a vault, open it in Claude Code > Paste Karpathy's wiki idea file and tell Claude to build it > Claude makes three folders: raw for sources, wiki for its pages, a CLAUDE.md that runs it > Drop any source into raw and say "ingest this" > Ask questions across everything, forever Five minutes to set up, and you never start from a blank chat again. Full step-by-step guide with Claude and Obsidian, link below. Bookmark this

Someone finally documented how to actually use Claude Code. 58K+ stars. claude-code-best-practice. Direct from Boris Cherny and team: ➡️ Always use plan mode, give Claude a way to verify ➡️ Ask Claude to interview you using AskUserQuestion tool ➡️ Use Git Worktrees for parallel development ➡️ /loop - schedule recurring tasks for up to 7 days ➡️ Code Review - fresh context windows catch bugs the original agent missed ➡️ Make phase-wise gated plans with tests for each phase → Use cross-model (Claude Code + Codex) to review your plan ➡️ CLAUDE[.]md should target under 200 lines per file ➡️ Use commands for workflows instead of sub-agents ➡️ Have feature-specific sub-agents with skills instead of general QA or backend engineer ➡️ Vanilla Claude Code is better than complex workflows for smaller tasks → Take screenshots and share with Claude when stuck ➡️ Use MCP to let Claude see Chrome console logs ➡️ Ask Claude to run terminal as background task for better debugging ➡️ Use cross-model for QA - e.g. Codex for plan and implementation review ➡️ Context rot kicks in around 300-400k tokens, don't let sessions drift past that ➡️ Rewind > correct, /rewind back to before the failed attempt instead of polluting context ➡️ /schedule - cloud-based recurring tasks that run even when your machine is off ➡️ Auto mode instead of dangerously-skip-permissions, a model-based classifier decides if each command is safe ➡️ Build a Gotchas section in every skill, add Claude's failure points over time The community workflows included: ➡️ Superpowers (234K stars), brainstorming → git worktrees → subagent-driven development → TDD ➡️ Everything Claude Code (219K stars), /ecc:plan → /tdd → /code-review → /security-scan → merge ➡️ Matt Pocock Skills (138K stars), /grill-with-docs → /to-prd → /triage → /tdd → /handoff ➡️ Spec Kit (114K stars), specify → clarify → plan → tasks → implement → analyze ➡️ gstack (112K stars), office-hours → CEO/eng/design reviews → spec → qa → ship → canary ➡️ Cross-Model (Claude Code + Codex) Workflow ➡️ RPI (Research Plan Implement) ➡️ Ralph Wiggum Loop for autonomous tasks The billion-dollar questions it addresses: ➡️ What exactly should you put inside CLAUDE[.]md, and what should you leave out? ➡️ When should you use command vs agent vs skill? ➡️ Why does Claude still ignore CLAUDE[.]md instructions, even when they say MUST in all caps? ➡️ Can we convert a codebase into specs and have AI regenerate the exact same code from those specs alone? ➡️ Should you rely on Claude Code's built-in plan mode, or build your own planning command? The daily habits: ➡️ Update Claude Code daily ➡️ Start your day by reading the changelog ➡️ Follow r/ClaudeAI, r/ClaudeCode on Reddit Repost it. 10 GITHUB REPOS THAT SCRAPE THE ENTIRE INTERNET FOR YOU Bookmark every single one. Each one pulls clean data off any website on earth, the kind of access companies sell behind a sales call and a contract. 1. github.com/mendableai/firecr… Point it at any website and it crawls every page, renders the JavaScript, and hands back clean structured data an AI can read instantly. It crossed 130K stars and landed in GitHub's top 100 repos. The scraping backbone half the AI startups quietly run on, open for anyone. 2. github.com/unclecode/crawl4a… The #1 trending crawler on GitHub. Turns any site into clean, LLM-ready markdown, faster than the paid services and with no API key, no account, no per-page fee. A dev built it in days after getting fed up paying $16 for a gated scraper. 51K stars. Apache 2.0. 3. github.com/browser-use/brows… An AI agent that drives a real browser like a human, clicking, scrolling, logging in, filling forms, and pulling data off sites it has never seen before. Two ETH Zurich researchers built it and it hit 95K stars in about a year. The thing that scrapes pages no simple crawler can reach. MIT. 4. github.com/apify/crawlee The full professional scraping framework, with rotating proxies, automatic retries, browser fingerprint spoofing, and queue management, all the machinery that keeps you from getting blocked. The exact stack scraping companies charge thousands to operate, handed to you for free. 5. github.com/scrapy/scrapy The original industrial-strength scraper that has quietly powered data teams for over a decade. Crawl millions of pages, extract anything, export it clean. Battle-tested at a scale most paid tools never reach, and free the entire time. 6. github.com/microsoft/markitd… Microsoft's own tool that converts any file or web page, PDFs, Office docs, HTML, images, into clean markdown an AI can actually use. The messy-data-to-clean-data step companies build whole pipelines around, open-sourced by Microsoft itself. 7. github.com/D4Vinci/Scrapling A stealth scraper built to stay invisible, adapting automatically when a site changes its layout and slipping past the bot detection that stops everything else. The cat-and-mouse layer that anti-scraping vendors sell as a premium feature, free and open. 8. github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy Mirror and control any Android phone from your computer to pull data and automate apps that have no website at all. The bridge into mobile-only platforms that most scrapers can't touch. 130K+ stars. Apache 2.0. 9. github.com/alirezamika/autos… Show it one example of what you want and it figures out the pattern and scrapes the rest of the site automatically. No selectors, no code to maintain. The "just get me this data" button, in a few lines of Python. 10. github.com/lwthiker/curl-imp… A version of curl that perfectly mimics a real browser's fingerprint, so the requests sneaking past every defense look exactly like a human with Chrome open. The lowest-level trick the expensive scraping APIs are quietly built on top of. Companies sell this access for $2,000 a month. The source code is right here.

This was one of the standout AI papers of the week. (bookmark it) It tackles a question most self-improving AI agents ignore: is the agent actually discovering anything, or just remixing what it already knows? How can you tell whether the agent is doing real discovery or just confident retrieval? The authors give three clean buckets: - Retrieval is looking something up in a notebook you already have. - Search is combining tools you already own in new ways. - Discovery is inventing a new concept that wasn't in your toolkit before. The issue is that most agents stop at the first two. The math behind their definition (category theory plus a left Kan extension, if you care) is basically a bookkeeping trick to ask: could the old version of me have produced this result? If yes, it's not discovery. If no, something genuinely new showed up. They build a Builder/Breaker agent that studies protein mechanics. Over four rounds, the model's fit accuracy actually drops (R² goes from 0.48 to 0.68 to 0.54 to 0.41). At first glance, that looks like a failing agent. It isn't. The agent kept taking on harder proteins and rewriting its theory to cover them. Data grew almost 10x while the model code grew only 1.3x. A smaller theory covering a bigger world is exactly what good science looks like. Why does it matter? If you optimize for accuracy alone, your self-improving agent will just settle into easy benchmarks and stop. This paper offers a cleaner success signal and asks whether the agent is compressing more of the world into less code over time.
