Thorin on fans' double standards when judging Falcons' coaching decisions:
"People made fun, even people on this show of those two things where like Lars Robl wanted m0NESY to wake up earlier, and the worst one ever was when they did a no PC bootcamp, remember that idea? 'What idiots they are.' Here's what people don't know, Astralis and Vitality won the Majors, they did no PC bootcamps too, and that was literally one of their main strategies as a team, because the idea of the no PC bootcamp was actually to build like team bonding and things like that and have exercises where you communicate, and it was actually things that have been very successful in the history of Counter-Strike, so all I'm making the point there is, people when zonic fails tell him he did nothing, but when he did the exact same things that succeeded he supposed to be the greatest coach of all time."

Think no PC bootcamps are a stupid idea? They were a foundation of the Astralis dynasty.
Didn't like that Falcons segment where they chastised BOROS? Those techniques were used by major winning Astralis and Vitality.

In a bit of a different approach to an interview, I spoke to Falcons' Performance Director @LarsRobl.
He wanted to address my criticism of him post-Falcons' miraculous PGL Bucharest win, and the result was about an hour-long talk.
I strongly suggest listening to the whole interview on Spotify, in which he talks about:
- His performance model in detail
- What enabled degster's MVP-winning performance in Bucharest
- Onboarding of m0NESY
- Difficult first year with Falcons
- Personal experiences with NiKo, TeSeS, Magisk
- Difficulties getting esports players on board with his processes

While I was there, I noticed something very important about the Falcons in their match against Spirit: UNITY.
@zonic didn't hesitate after each card to bring his players together to reconnect them, but the players also participated in this transmission of energy.
I'd like to be invisible and be able to hear @LarsRobl' words between the maps. This team is building a real mindset that could be the key to challenging Vita.
