A new animal cruelty law in Florida went into effect this month.
Making kids torture animals, like I recently helped expose at the atrocious Islamic halal slaughterhouse Ali Meat International in Orlando, is now a felony in the state of Florida.
Effective October 1, a new Florida law makes it a third-degree felony for an adult to help or force a minor to commit aggravated animal cruelty, animal fighting or baiting, or sexual activity involving an animal.
Thank you to Rep. Meg Weinberger @MegforFlorida for cosponsoring this bill and Governor Ron DeSantis @RonDesantis for signing it into law.
I recently reported on how workers at the Muslim Ali Meat slaughterhouse were caught on video grabbing children and making them violently slash conscious animals’ throats.
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services @FDACS exclusively confirmed to me it is now investigating Ali Meat.
The new law says adults can be charged for committing these heinous acts of animal abuse in a minor's presence.
The penalty is up to 5 years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine.

ALL seismic forecasting from the Dutchsinse operation is now on hold/suspended until further notice.
As this forecast (from this past week) now expires, no new forecast will be issued going forward until I can get an explanation or understanding as to why everything flopped this past week including the antipode earthquakes from Panama and the Mid-Atlantic ---- we were watching Indonesia and NOTHING hit at all ---- it has now been 13 days since the Panama earthquake.
As I have said for years, if I get a forecast wrong I do not issue another one until I figure out where things went wrong in the previous forecast. To have multiple flops in a single forecast is not just bad, its enough for me to stop entirely.
Other people just keep going cranking out more bad info and more bad warnings, I don't do that.
Therefore until further notice, its just earthquake reporting of current events everyone will get from me, no outlooks or forecasts.

The "governors as the only legitimate authority" piece has a 157-year-old answer. Texas v. White (1869): "The Constitution, in all its provisions, looks to an indestructible Union, composed of indestructible States." And Art. I, §10 bars any state from entering "any Agreement or Compact... with a foreign Power" without Congress's consent. A governor shopping for foreign recognition has zero constitutional footing.
On the investigation you're asking people to demand, here's the line Congress and DOJ would have to find. Under Brandenburg, organizing protests, even ugly ones, is protected. 18 U.S.C. 2387 is different. It reaches anyone who, intending to impair the loyalty or discipline of the armed forces, urges "insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty." If these recordings hold up, that's the statute that fits the "defection" line of effort, and intent is exactly what recordings prove. Then follow the money: any foreign principal behind the funding brings in FARA.
