Shout this from the rooftops. We talk about inflation and avoid dollar-to-dollar comparisons everywhere else. Why do we allow that argument to stand for public ed funding? OF COURSE we spend more money now than we did 10 years ago? Gotta think beyond 'counting.'
I'm still working on the acceptance bit (I hold this internal delusion that maybe there IS still a special Marie Kondo/Erin Condren/unicorn out there). But when I'm accepting of myself, I can do magical things.

I've long proposed- after $999,999,999, you get a gold star. There's no reason individuals need to possess this much wealth. We need to stop viewing billionaires as role models that everyone could "potentially become" and view them as bloated dragons hoarding resources.
