Fantastic event today @aahevents and @JonesoGymru Jac came 2nd in his age category in the Dragons Dash, he and Cara Mai have raised over £1100 for the @CFTrust which is a charity close to their heart as Jac's 10 year old brother Celt has Cystic Fibrosis.
Diolch pawb sydd wedi noddi Jac yn 'Ras y Ddraig'. Cafodd Jac ail yn ei categori oed ac wedi codi dros £1100 at Y Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

The FAST acronym is essential to saving lives BUT a doctor and paramedics both missed my partner’s stroke which meant he was sick in bed with a ‘virus’ for 4 days until I insisted A&E see him. There are other symptoms I’d like people to be aware of @TheStrokeAssoc
