The FAST acronym is essential to saving lives BUT a doctor and paramedics both missed my partner’s stroke which meant he was sick in bed with a ‘virus’ for 4 days until I insisted A&E see him. There are other symptoms I’d like people to be aware of @TheStrokeAssoc

Ollie+Tilly have completed 111.2 miles over 10 days and with help of amazing friends,they have completed a total of 200 miles They have raised £3343.THANK YOU to everyone who’s donated + supported them. They have loved this experience,+are planning their next adventure ⛰⛰⛰

It’s not just me that’s preparing for and accepting the second wave is it? I of course hope my sense of it’s inevitably is wrong. But I find it easier to imagine it’s going to happen and be pleasantly surprised than the other way around.
