I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Building a company is lonely work. I've built several across different industries and, while there are differences, that one part is the same.
So much of it is guess work. We try to anticipate what a customer will like or respond to and design around it.
Sometimes you need to be able to see around corners.
Sometimes you need to figure out how to eliminate the corner altogether.
Comments like this (unpaid and unrequested by the way), mean the world because it shows we're doing something right. We're still in the early days, and still have plenty of room for improvement, but we're getting there. Thanks for being on this ride with us.

Yesterday I posted about the importance of having an attitude of gratitude, and here's what has me feeling gratitude this morning:
Ran some numbers on our growth last night, because business has been growing exponentially but I don't normally take the time to break it down.
More than 1/3 of all products we've ever shipped in the nearly three months we've been open, have been shipped in the last 7 days. Looking over our growth trajectory, we're essentially experiencing nearly 100% growth every 2 weeks, with both the number of orders and order sizes growing.
More and more researchers are placing their trust in us and that's really cool and really humbling. We're going to continue to do our best to offer great products, competitive pricing, and the highest degree of customer service we can conceive of. We'll also be continuing to expand our portfolio of products and will continue to try to find ways to stand out that aren't simply tied to low prices. We'll also continue to be open to ideas and suggestions from all of you! Our inbox gets messages daily and the conversations we have with researchers have shaped many of the decision we've made and products we carry.
We'll continue to work to improve, but we really appreciate everyone who has trusted us thus far, and we're truly just getting started!
