x Magnesium girl....
which magnesium, which brand & how much?
The🧵to which I will refer anyone who asks these questions!
Unlike most supplements magnesium is unstable by itself so always 'hangs out with a mate' - hehe.
This mate is called a chelate (pronounced: key-layt).

Game on...
For red meat I mostly eat deer.
Deer meat is called venison.
In the United Kingdom we treasure our countryside and allow deer to roam freely.
Deer is part of British culture and heritage.
I am still pretty convinced that the major pathway for so much dysregulation in the body is caused by melatonin dysregulation from EMFs/light/nutrition/sound etc
Melatonin dysregulation is the main issue underpinning 21st Century disease in my opinion.
This is @DorissLoh specialist subject - you should consider following.
Main reasons for melatonin dysregulation:
😵magnesium deficiency
😵too much electric light use
😵not enough sun
Am adding this do you have some actionable things to get on with to help with this nitter.gq/LocalRachel/status/145…
Top #biohacks for increasing your #melatonin
Melatonin production happens 24 hours a day - this goddess healer and master antioxidant is not only a night-time pineal gland thing!
Melatonins regulates so much including your:
💎glucose
💎lipids
💎leptin (hunger drive)
💎insulin

AI is based on human knowledge so will make things worse.
It will be used to futher uphold dogma and shut out fringe ideas and solutions.
Fundamentals of science and maths are incorrect yet agreed upon by peers with sloppy thinking.
The current AI will not be able to fix that!

Remember that case that went viral a few months ago about the 80 yo woman with advanced Alzheimer’s who took a hero’s dose (5g) of psilocybin mushrooms and seemingly reversed her disease?
Well @PsychoMechanics and I dove into the research, and while it’s still very early days, there’s compelling biological explanations for how magic mushrooms could play a role in both treating and preventing cognitive decline/dementia.
Here’s how:
Structural neuroplasticity: 5-HT2A receptor activation appears to promote dendritic growth, synaptogenesis, and plasticity-related signaling. Very relevant in a disease characterized by progressive synaptic loss.
Apical hypercontextualization: Psilocybin may amplify signaling through layer V pyramidal neuron apical dendrites, increasing the brain’s sensitivity to contextual information and potentially enabling dysfunctional predictive models to be updated.
Neuroinflammation + neuroprotection: Serotonergic psychedelic signaling may modulate inflammatory pathways and cellular stress responses implicated in neurodegeneration.
Disease-modifying behavior change: Most compellingly (to me), psilocybin can open up a critical learning window in which entrenched behaviors become more malleable. This can help modify upstream dementia risk factors including physical inactivity, depression, smoking, harmful alcohol use, and social isolation.
I made a Youtube video explaining these concepts for a general audience. Check it out, and please share with anyone who wants to prevent cognitive decline!
I hope that each of us is cherished, respected and honoured.
Replying to @deeeeoflagos
This is the dream. To be cherished. To expose your most painful vulnerable places and have someone genuinely protect those wounds instead of exploiting them.
Many 'stone blocks' were formed in place across the globe and in many times frames.
Okay, let’s get this straight. The limestone blocks of the Great Pyramid of Giza are ARTIFICIAL. Why? Because they taste salty.
This one fact PROVES it.
No natural limestone contains table salt. None.
I know, I know. Limestone formed in the sea, tidal waves, millions of years of geological processes, blah, blah. NO-NO!
Natural limestone is NOT SALTY! Never! Check this out.
Even though limestone forms on the seabed, beneath miles of salty seawater, its interior contains no salt. Why? Because salt dissolves readily in water and stays dissolved as long as the water remains. When water is squeezed out of limestone, THE SALT GOES WITH IT.
Anyone who has ever tried to extract salt from water knows this. Either you use a salt evaporation pond, or the salt stays dissolved in the water. That’s it.
By a strange twist of fate, I happen to have a piece of stone from the Great Pyramid. Before you freak out and accuse me of stealing it, first of all, I didn’t. And second, the person who took it didn’t steal it either. He simply brought it home, back in 1978, long before anyone cared or taking such a piece became illegal.
A friend’s father brought it home at a time when climbing to the top of the pyramid was still allowed. Heck, a French couple even had sex up there, in the middle of a Muslim country. Climbing was banned shortly afterward.
Anyway, my friend’s father took this infamous piece of stone from one of the inner corridors of the Great Pyramid. Go ahead and freak out now, but it doesn’t change anything. He took it more than 40 years ago, and it’s not going to grow back. He brought it all the way back to Hungary in his pocket.
When I read Davidovits’ recipe for making pyramid stones, I came across his claim that the stones are indeed salty. So we organized a pyramid-stone-licking session with the guys. (Don’t freak out again!) Four grown men licked this original, unquestionably authentic piece of pyramid stone.
And guess what?
It IS salty.
So, what now? How did the salt get in there if not millions of years ago? Well, then, thousands of years ago. Exactly.
The recipe is astonishingly simple:
2 parts natron + 1 part quicklime + water = limestone paste (CaCO₃).
That’s the basic idea. But the mixture isn’t salty yet, and it can even release corrosive NaOH. To prevent this, Imhotep added one part magnesium salt (MgCl₂), which transforms the mixture in a rather interesting way. But that’s too much chemistry for one post. I’ll explain it separately.
The point is that the final product is an artificial limestone containing a little dolomite and table salt.
But what about the snails?
“But the pyramid stones must be natural because they contain fossils!”
Ever heard of gravel or aggregate?
As far as I know, it’s absolutely impossible to find billion-year-old pebbles in concrete. Nooo, you can’t mix gravel into concrete! Impossible!
Just as impossible as finding fossil-bearing limestone fragments embedded in a limestone binder.
So much for the snails.
And now comes the inevitable question: “But how did they lift the cast stones into place?”
They didn’t.
Why lift something that’s already in place?
CAST IN PLACE, MY FRIEND. CAST IN PLACE!
Here are four advantages of casting the stones in place:
1. You only have to lift the raw materials, never the finished blocks.
2. Hardly any formwork is needed. Just a few boards, because three sides of each block are already there: the bottom and the two sides formed by adjacent stones.
3. The joints can be so precise that you can’t even slip a razor blade between them.
4. Every block can have a unique shape and size because there’s no need for a standardized mold.
The result? An interlocking wall that could be highly resistant to earthquakes!
If you believe the pyramids were built by aliens, or that 20-ton blocks were hauled 600 kilometers from a distant quarry, that’s your problem. That’s a belief, not an established fact.
LET THE COMMENTS BEGIN! :-)

I’ll say it again and again, we are entering an era that will reward systems thinkers.
Systems thinking is the ability to understand how the parts of a broader system connect and influence one another over time. It means recognizing feedback loops, anticipating consequences, and understanding how a decision in one area can create trade-offs in another.
The boundaries of our professions have always been narrower than the consequences of our work. As AI begins to blur these boundaries, and as our world becomes increasingly interconnected in non-linear ways, systems thinking will become essential.
I don’t think this signals the end of expertise, as some people proclaim. But the ability to zoom out and make connections across a broader system will be crucial.

Almost the state of being is more important that the stte of doing at a cellular level!
Yin solutions needed as yin is where the rebalancing happens.
Stem cells lose regenerative capacity because persistent inflammatory signalling drives them out of their protective, resting state. Over time, their ability to self-renew and respond effectively to injury becomes impaired.
The #regenerative environment deteriorates trying to put out inflammatory fires. This eventually causes #marrow stromal cells to increasingly favour fat-cell formation over bone-forming functions. 🦴 🔥
More of this please: AI actually being used to pick holes and correct human error and do independent cross-referencing.

Its first-generation proof spans thousands of journal pages, written by about a hundred mathematicians over several decades."

Cultural LAYER should be disclosed: When living in an outcome obsessed capitalistic productivity focused culture - where process discovery, play and childlike wonder is shunned - people feel shame and unease for their natural inclinations because time is a limiting resource.
If men trained their emotional abilities, emotional resilience and emotional skills like they trained their physical abilities, physical resilience and physical skills just imagine how much further along humanity could be!
Can we have emotional gyms where people go for this?

Pussy culture means even low level discomfort is shunned, let alone someone being fine with fear, or even become friends with their pain.
Emotional weakness is such a disservice for all involved.
After magnesium, my second mineral of concern is selenium. Are these the crux of infertility?
100% of previously infertile women gave birth after selenium and magnesium supplementation.
