I’m officially 120+ days banned for something I didn’t do.
And I still have zero explanation.
On 7 August, I woke up to find out YouTube had permanently deleted my 9.46M channel Factomix.
The reason they gave?
“Spam / Deceptive Practices.”
But here’s the part that makes absolutely no sense:
⚠️ Every support agent gave me a different explanation.
Agent 1: “Repeated scams.”
Agent 2: “Misleading content.”
Agent 3: “Viewbotting.”(using autobots)
Agent 4 (same case!): “No abnormal activity detected.”
Four different reasons. One creator. Zero evidence. Not even a single timestamp.
If a creator actually violates a rule,
YouTube can always point to the exact video unless the system itself made a mistake.
Over the last few months, Multiple creators have confirmed the same pattern:
AI flags a channel incorrectly
human “review” is just a template
appeals get denied in under 2 minutes
no evidence is ever shown
smaller creators get locked out forever
That is EXACTLY what happened to me.
Here’s what I tried:
✔ Appeal → denied in Seconds
✔ Second appeal → completely blocked
✔ Support emails → contradictory responses
✔ DM @TeamYouTube → no reply for weeks
✔ Twitter → "Original decesion stands "
My channel was deleted without: ❌ warnings
❌ prior violations
❌ reused content
❌ any harmful intent
❌ NO STRIKES
But my income, my work, and 3 years of effort disappeared overnight.
I’m not asking for special treatment.
I’m asking for one real human to take a proper look.
If YouTube truly believes in fairness and transparency,
then creators deserve to know what they did wrong or whether the system simply misfired.
I hope someone from YouTube finally sees this and reviews my case honestly.

My channel was deleted on Nov 17 due to system error. Support said I violated policies, WHICH IS NOT & I HAVE EVIDENCES but less than 30 mins later I got another email saying my channel is active and eligible for memberships.This contradiction clearly shows a mistake @TeamYouTube

@TeamYouTube How is this even possible? Some people stole my original videos and thumbnails and their channel is running ads on it,

Hi @TeamYouTube, my channel was recently terminated for “Spam” I believe this decision was made in error.
My channel focuses on Education and 100% Original Content, always within fair use and in full compliance with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. I have never created or used alternate accounts to bypass restrictions.

@TeamYouTube I hope you are being honest when you say things like “looking into this, give us 24-48 hrs” or “we’ll update you soon.”
Because a lot of creators are getting the same replies, word for word. The same sentences. The same automated replies. Then silence for days.
No real answers. No human follow up.
It feels like these replies are made to keep people waiting, to give them hope that someone is still looking into their case.
This is not about one creator. This is about everyone caught in this broken system. People who spent years building their channels from scratch.
Automation has its place, but when it replaces real human support, creators lose trust. These are people’s lives, work, and passion being left hanging in a loop of repeated responses or no response at all.
If your system is truly reviewing cases, then please let us see that. Let us feel that someone is listening. Give real updates. Use real words.
Please @TeamYouTube, stop letting bots speak for you. Creators deserve real communication and transparency.
We do not need promises. We need proof that real HUMAN still care about the creators who built this platform.
Hello @TeamYouTube your AI system mistakenly flagged my channel as spam or a scam channel.
I’ve carefully read the community guidelines and I’m sure my channel didn’t violate any rules.
I submitted an appeal, but it was rejected again by the AI system within just four minutes.
I’ve spent three years building this channel, and it shouldn’t be denied by an automated decision made in four minutes.
This situation has greatly affected my life, and I sincerely hope a real person can review my case.

YouTube's mistaken blocking destroyed me.
On March 3, 2025, my channel was removed for allegedly providing spam content. I tried to appeal, but was immediately rejected. After carefully reading the community guidelines, I found that none of my videos were spam. My channel is an election channel, and it included videos presenting election results, election predictions clearly marked as predictions, and news clips from election night, such as Trump's victory speech and Biden's oath-taking ceremony. I have listed some evidence below, and this could not possibly be spam content. I hope you can like and share this so that @TeamYouTube can see it and re-evaluate my channel, as well as other channels that have been wrongly blocked. Thank you very much!

YouTube has been falsely TERMINATING creators for “spam” and I’m one of them.
They say it’s an “AI error.”
But let’s be real, this isn’t a glitch. It’s censorship disguised as automation.
➤ My channel Real Talk Politiks was terminated shortly after CBC (Canada’s state-funded media) contacted me for a hit piece.
I didn’t spam. I didn’t break rules.
I talked politics and I talked about them. And because of that 330K subs gone.
Now I can’t even get a real person at YouTube to review my case. The AI made the decision.
This is people’s livelihoods being erased by a machine that can’t tell truth from “spam.”

This question haunts thousands of small creators banned for “spam” or “deceptive content,” with entire channels deleted for “evasion.”
But where is the transparency? What exactly did we do?
You’re not just deleting channels — you might be erasing hope.
Many creators are fighting depression and anxiety. I’ve been fighting it myself since the start of the year. For us, creating content was more than a hobby — it was a refuge, a way to stay alive.
And I’m not alone.
My friends @OptSZN and @niallniallyt , who also create Roblox content, went through the same painful experience — their channels were banned too, without a clear explanation.
Now, we’re left with the weight of being labeled as “failures” and “criminals.”
We are human. We make mistakes — but show us where.
Small creators live under immense pressure: create, post, stay consistent… or the algorithm buries us, and we start over again.
And what about the double standards?
How many inappropriate videos from large channels stay up despite countless reports?
How many casino livestreams exploit vulnerable people while educational, gaming, and personal vlog channels get deleted without a chance to defend themselves?
Our request is simple:
Be transparent. Show us the mistakes. Let humans review before permanent deletion.
“Community health” must also include the creators who build it every day.
We are thousands. We are human. We can make mistakes — but we are not criminals.
Remember: you're not just deleting channels — you could be erasing lives.

I’m simply leaving a note here to clarify the situation regarding the details of my channel and what happened.
Around two weeks ago, I logged on to my channel, Henya’s Brain, and saw that it has been terminated all of a sudden for circumvention.
This is a 100% false as I have only ever owned this channel and have been uploading videos to it since 2023 on and off both as a side hobby and also to support another content creator on your platform, HenyaTheGenius, that I enjoy watching in my free time.
My channel has also never broken any community guidelines or have ever gotten any active strikes in the past and present hence my record has been completely clean from the start hence this must have been a mistake
I should also point out the fact that all my content are all custom edited Vtuber clips and shorts solely meant to showcase and promote a specific Vtuber who’s again, on your platform under the name, HenyaTheGenius, who I have been watching and following since her debut back in 2023 and there are also other channels who did similar edited vtuber content as well hence there should not have been any problems with my content.
Since losing this channel, I have not made any other channels and instead have been posting in frustration on X hoping for a human at YouTube to properly review my channel and reinstate it for uploading to this channel has been one of the few things in my life I found myself truly enjoy doing with full passion and love thus I have nothing else to look forward to other than this passionate project of mine. This is literally it for me and nothing else.

YouTube has officially gone too far with their AI moderation system in the past one year…
A while ago, I booted up my PC and was greeted with a disturbing email which says that my YouTube channel of 565 subs, Henya’s Brain, has been terminated all of a sudden!
The reason for their decision?
“Circumvention”
I was distraught upon reading this for this is straight up false as I have only ever uploaded to this channel since 2023 and have NEVER broken any guidelines and also NEVER had any active strikes hence my record is completely clean from the start!
The WORST part is their appeal system where no matter what you type in and explain to them, the AI would reject/deny it in just a matter of a FEW MINUTES and stick to the original decision! It’s clear the appeal was never “carefully reviewed” despite what they always tell a creator….
As a result of all this, I’ve been eating very little and sleeping poorly due to depression and anxiety from losing a hobby that I’ve enjoyed doing for so long and not to mention i don’t even make any money from doing this. I just enjoy uploading video clips about another content creator I simply enjoy watching in my free time!
YouTube needs to step in and fix this false termination that has also been happening to millions of other creators both small and big caused by their broken AI moderation system in the past one year

@TeamYoutube My account @raynopotato has been terminated for allegedly violating "spam, deceptive practices and scams" policy.
I have never had any guideline violation or even a strike on my channels. I believe this is an automated error and would like a manual review.

🤖 AI is deciding which creators get to stay on YouTube. Not humans.
In just the last 6 months, YouTube has removed 2.8+ million channels.
And 76% of those bans came from the “Spam / Deceptive Practices / Scams” policy — the enforcement category that relies most heavily on automated systems.
Which means the algorithm is often the one deciding who stays on the platform… and who gets erased.
Appeals are frequently automated too — so the same system that flags the channel is the one denying the appeal.
If the AI makes a mistake, a creator’s entire career can disappear without any human review at all.
This isn’t just “policy enforcement.”
It’s real people losing years of work, income, and identity — instantly.
Permanent decisions need real human oversight.
