So Pfizer is looking at testing for circulating spike protein for 12 months after a booster dose. The placebo arm is TdaP. I have questions.
1. What counts as spike? Full-length protein, S1, fragments, etc?
2. What is recovered? Free antigen, antibody-bound antigen, and antigen associated with EVs/exosomes?
3. When are samples collected? “Up to 12 months” doesn’t tell us whether early peaks or intermittent detection will be captured.
4. Are they differentiating between spike from infection vs vaccine?
5. How are undetectable results handled? Below quantification doesn't mean spike isn't there.

Fun and privilege to be present at @profnfenton ‘s book launch last night in London. A room full of Warriors. For many of us we have lost much… but gained so much more for speaking truth and standing up against evil. I’m so grateful for our friendship.

Good afternoon family!🥰♥️ Sorry I wasn’t on yesterday, a wicked migraine had me down for the day. Still have a milder headache today so I will be on and off.
The girls and I are just chilling out today with my Dad.
Have a wonderful day everyone!♥️💕🥰

Hey family I’m back!
I posted higher-ish up in the thread to avoid all the recent buffoons down below.
Thank you all for your love, prayers and support.
I am so sorry for the extra worry from not checking in regularly.
Now that my adjustable stand is in to hold my phone and iPad, you won’t be able to get rid of me. 😉 I have missed you all so much.♥️💕💞🥰

I am thrilled my LNPs as a 5-body problem helped people. But there was some confusion about my last post. The five-track map as a claim about harm. It's not. It's a road map, not a crash report. Biodistribution (where things go) is a different question from pharmacodynamics (what they do when they get there).
New post: the same five tracks, as a city road map.
See my field guide in the next tweet.

Every cell in the human body which is transfected by the LNP and mRNA dies using its resources to produce Spike Protein. That is NOT natural cell death. It takes 5 pages to explain what happens which is inflammatory and toxic. Page 1-3
For cardiology and radiology geeks, and followers of Mike miscellanies:
Postoperative MRI to rule out causes of the cardiac arrest and helo determine if an implanted ICD is indicated.
To me this is excellent news. If I'm reqding itnright, there's no scarring from any previous cardiac events and the AED + CPR were applied before any damage took place. As well, it supports the thinking that the blockages were the ultimate cause of the cardiac event and the bypass grafts have now alleviated concerns of recurrence.
MRI CARDIAC W CONTRAST
Collected on 06 Oct 2026 11:52 AM
Procedure #: 14063
Appointment: 05/Oct/2026 3:00PM
Study Type: Cardiac MRI with contrast
Protocols: Myocarditis/Sarcoid/Takotsubo
== EXAMS ==
Site: UOHI, Accession #: 70967916, Exam: MRI CARDIAC W CONTRAST, Reason:
Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest with shockable rhythm. Multivessel CAD but no culprit. Assess LGE burden and rule out alternate causes of arrest to risk stratify ICD.
== PATIENT HISTORY ==
60 year old male, s/p out of hospital cardiac arrest with shockable rhythm.
Multivessel disease with no culprit. Assessment of LGE and rule out alternate
causes of arrest to risk stratify ICD.
== REPORT SUMMARY ==
IMPRESSION:
1. Normal LV size and systolic function, EF64%. No regional wall
motion abnormalities. No LV hypertrophy.
2. Normal RV size and function.
3. No
significant valvular disease.
4. No myocardial late gadolinium enhancement.
5.
No myocardial infiltration or inflammation on T1 and T2 mapping.
6. No
pericardial effusion or enhancement.
OVERALL SUMMARY:
Normal study. No ischemic
scarring.
== FINAL REPORT ==
Left Ventricle
Normal left ventricular volume. Normal LV mass. Normal global LV systolic function
(LVEF 64 %).
Right Ventricle
Normal RV volume. Normal global RV systolic function (RVEF 68 %).
Tissue
Late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) was performed for the evaluation of myocardial
fibrosis and was normal with no evidence of current or prior injury. No visible
LGE seen in the RV. T1-mapping (MOLLI) was performed to evaluate the myocardial
extra-cellular volume (ECV). Native T1-mapping was normal (1015 ± 84 ms).
Post-contrast T1-mapping (MOLLI) identified normal range myocardial ECV(29 ± 8 %).
T2-mapping was performed to evaluate myocardial water content. T2 was normal (53 ±
6 ms), suggesting normal tissue water content.
Mitral Valve
There is trivial mitral insufficiency.
Aortic Valve
There is no significant aortic insufficiency.

I spent 4 years reading the literature on LNPs, from Moderna's and Pfizer's own data to the latest single-cell and cryo-EM work. The shot doesn't stay one thing.
Inside the body, it becomes 5 different entities, each with different sizes, time frames, and fates/outcomes. Same product. 5 biodistributions. Like confetti.

I'm getting really tired of idiots on both sides of any given major issue. Them and the more intelligent extremists who seed their ignorant thoughts. The signal of anything organic gets drowned out by the noise of manufactured dissent. How is it that the dull shine so brightly?

You can't possibly be this stupid. The nucleoside modified mRNA that encodes the spike protein - a foreign toxic protein - is wrapped in a lipid nanoparticle for the purpose of transfecting cells meaning that those nucleic acids get dumped into the cell for the translation of that nucleoside-modified mRNA. Do you get it now?
