AS A LEADER, WHAT YOU TOLERATE
becomes your team's STANDARD.
Whatever you deem is good enough
becomes your team's STANDARD.
Whatever bad behavior you ignore
becomes your team's STANDARD.
Whenever you don't hold someone accountable
becomes your team's STANDARD.

Miners win vs @TVilleBaseball1 today 11-1. Great team win, lots of energy, and the “Battle of the Bat” trophy will stay at @MINER_Baseball for another year. #Uncommon
Huge thanks to our #MinerFamily that came out and helped put up the new windscreen today! Much appreciated!

When teammates take ownership in each other, coach each other, celebrate each other's accomplishments, encourage and criticize, and hold each other accountable.
The overachieving happens.
The magic happens.

NEGATIVE BODY LANGUAGE LETS
• Your opponents know they have the upper hand
• Your teammates know your selfish
• Recruiters know you can't handle adversity
• Random spectators form opinions about you
Nothing good comes from negative BL.
