Cash flows uncorrelated to bitcoin. 100% of preferred dividends covered. Profits on top.
What would that do to the mNAVs and P/E ratios of bitcoin treasury companies like @Strive and @Strategy?

It’s very innovative how @ColeMacro, the “chief executive officer” of the work from home crew of grossly overpaid Twitter users, copied word-for-word the only thing I’ve been thinking about for years.

Thankful to the MSTR gold rush chat. You know who you are.
They have completely expanded my knowledge and belief on what’s truly coming into Bitcoin.
Digital credit is the end game.

A new source of BTC demand is emerging.
BTC-focused perpetual preferred stocks have accumulated more than 135,000 BTC in just over a year, despite representing only a fraction of the global fixed income market.
What could happen if adoption expands?

The numbers behind Strategy’s market dominance are staggering.
5.0% average daily trading volume relative to market cap.
58.6% open interest relative to market cap.
No other name in this comparison comes close to that level of market activity.
Bitcoin is still down 34% from its all time highs.

Outsiders👇
Bitcoin.
Strategy.
The ability and conviction to go against the herd.

One framework I use when assessing management comes from William Thorndike’s The Outsiders.
Outsiders are leaders who think and operate differently from conventional corporate managers.
Outsiders typically satisfy the following 6 criteria:
1. Their primary activity is capital allocation.
2. They optimise for long-term value per share.
3. They prioritise margins, returns and free cash flow.
4. They are analytical, frugal, rational and independent.
5. They think long-term and not quarter to quarter.
6. They are broad, flexible and adaptive fox-like thinkers.

Love, of course.
Mission Strategy is Mission Bitcoin.

Whether you love this company or hate it, you simply can’t ignore it.
$MSTR is turning over about 5% of its market value every day on average.
That’s several times higher than Bitcoin itself and an order of magnitude higher than the mega caps.
On open interest relative to market cap, it sits at roughly 59%, far above Tesla, Meta, Nvidia and the rest of the Mag 7.
Among liquid US equities of comparable size, @Strategy stands alone on both metrics.
It’s is the most interesting company in the market. Period.
And even the haters can’t deny it.
They can try to move on and talk about other things, but they keep coming back to $MSTR.
The reality is that few other topics generate the same engagement for them. No matter how far they try to pivot, Strategy keeps pulling them back into the conversation.
You simply can’t detach.
We haven’t even officially entered the bull market yet.
The numbers are already turning in the right direction.
$MSTR is outperforming $IBIT year to date.
Today, $MSTR closed up 7.52%, compared with 2.42% for $IBIT. That’s a $4.6 billion increase in Strategy’s market cap in a single day.
Folks aren’t prepared for the fireworks when this bull market truly kicks off.
I can smell the fumes of ignition.
Mission: Strategy.

Fidelity just put the scale of the opportunity into perspective.
Digital credit represents just 0.008% of the global fixed income market.
And we’re already arguing over the first 153 blocks
Fidelity’s pyramid analogy is a great way to visualize it.
The entire $150 trillion fixed income market represents 2.3 million blocks. Bitcoin-backed perpetual Preferreds account for just 153.
That’s how early we are.
Even Bitcoin itself represents only a fraction of that broader market.
Now consider what happens if these instruments continue to scale, attract institutional capital and capture even a small share of the fixed income market.
Combine that with Bitcoin’s limited supply, and the potential scale of this market becomes difficult to ignore.
This is why the ongoing debate around buybacks, dividend rates and competition between issuers misses the bigger picture.
$STRC has already demonstrated the level of demand it can attract. Those investors may be sitting on the sidelines for now, but the opportunity hasn’t disappeared.
The focus now should be on building the foundation to expand this market and add more bricks to the pyramid.
This is the unlock that could help turn Strategy into a trillion-dollar institution. But that will take time, consistency and the track record needed for liquidity to scale.
The important part is that it’s being noticed.
Fidelity recognizing this opportunity is a meaningful signal that the institutional conversation around Bitcoin backed credit is evolving.
We’re still in chapter one.
There’s an entire industry to capture.
Mission: Strategy.
