The Cotton District is arguably the US epicenter of Missing Middle Housing types per acre. Can't think of another place that comes close, and I've shot a lot of them.

The more I think about it this might be the best urban development in the last one hundred years. And it happened not in Tokyo or NYC or Paris or Bonn or Brasilia or Shanghai. It happened in Starkville Mississippi.
