Known only as JKWL, he is among 124 rapists, pedophiles, drug lords and criminals who have been allowed to remain in Australia under the Albanese government's Direction 110 since the beginning of 2026, The Australian can reveal. Labor's Direction 110, which came into effect in June 2024 and replaced former immigration minister Andrew Giles's controversial Direction 99, oversaw a sharp spike in the percentage of criminal noncitizens who were allowed to stay in the country.
