a 15min visit and a prescription are billable; a 60-minute root-cause history, a plan and six months of coaching mostly are not. The system selects for the kind of care that is easy to code, not the kind that changes trajectories.

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just put a bounty on fraud, and every American can cash in. He announced the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program today. You report fraud at fraud.gov, and if it's real, you get paid. Trump's words: "If you find a billion dollars, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%." Find 10 billion, and that's 100 million in your pocket. California's answer was reportedly a law to shut down Nick Shirley. Trump's answer is to deputize the whole country. The fraudsters spent years robbing us blind. Now 330 million Americans are watching, and every one of them has a reason to turn them in.

A special education teacher. 3 sons with autism. And one morning her 14 year old walked in and said "Happy Birthday, Mom" on his own, for the first time in his life. Here is her biomedical journey, in progress. God bless your fam, Debra! youtu.be/6_h7ky78f2M @SecKennedy @HHSGov @ZaharakisAlex

Spoke there before. Was not invited this year. Regarding the app. We will just throw it out there and see what feedback we get. We won't put much money into marketing (because we dont have any lol). Will start offering it to my patients, because it will make it easier to see how they are responding on a day to day basis, rather than seeing them every 3 months or so. May be the biggest flop...but I have seen thousands of families over the last decade, having something like this will increase the quality of the next visit. At least so I hope.

You're asking the right questions, and I'd ask them too. So here are the answers, and they're all things anyone can check. Today there is no central repository. The app has no account, no sign up, no login, no ads and no external analytics. Nothing you write in it is sent to us. Every dose, symptom, note and survey is stored on your phone in a small database that only your phone can open. We have no server holding your child's diary, so there is nothing for us to sell, nothing for us to hand over and nothing for anyone to hack on our side. The one time the app connects to the internet is when you ask it to fetch your own gut plan or results with your kit number. That's a one-way download to your phone. Nothing goes back up. Everything else is built the same way: Voice check ins are turned into text on the phone itself, and the audio is never saved. Photos stay on the phone. App lock keeps it closed to anyone but you. A backup is a file you save wherever you choose. If you delete the app, every record goes with it. I'll be fully transparent about the future. At some point we'd like to offer parents a choice to contribute anonymous data, so patterns across many families can help improve outcomes for everyone. When that comes, it will be off unless you turn it on. You'll see exactly what would be shared before anything leaves your phone. Names, birthdays, notes and anything else that could point to your child will stay behind. And you'll be able to turn it off again at any time. If you never say yes, the app works exactly the same. No pressure, no penalty, no fine print. That's the difference between being a data point and being a participant. You decide. You asked what happened to the tangible planner and the journal. Nothing happened to it. This is it. It's a planner and a journal that remembers what day it is, nudges you when a dose is due and, when you ask, prints a page you hand to your doctor yourself. On the appointments: we want them longer and better, not shorter. A parent who walks in with 3 months of clear notes doesn't spend the visit trying to remember what happened in August. You spend it on your questions. And on AI: no AI reads your entries, and none of it trains anything. Your child's history isn't anyone's "workflow output." It belongs to you. Healthy skepticism is how we protect our kids. So all well taken. Godspeed to you too.

When you think you can't shut up non-speaking kids anymore...@finkd: hold my beer
🚨Instagram just SUSPENDED Children’s Health Defense. Hey Mark Zuckerberg, what happened to “no more censorship”? @finkd No clear explanation. No specific post identified. Just a vague claim that we violated “Community Standards.” What exactly did we violate? If you’re going to silence a non profit organization that is sharing the truth, the least you can do is tell us why. Thank you, @elonmusk, for providing a platform where we can continue speaking freely and share vital information so parents can make informed decisions. We will not be silenced. Tag @finkd and let him know if you stand with CHD.
