How great would it be if the UCP still lost the election and had many of their Cabinet Ministers defeated even though they cheated and gerrymandered the election map? #ableg

Today Private Aidan Goulding came home to BC, saluted by first responders lining the streets.
My thoughts are with his family, fellow soldiers, and all who knew him as they mourn his loss.
Thank you, Aidan, for your service.

🚨#UCPCheats No grey area. NOT partisan.
Facts verify UCP’s gerrymandering. Blatant political cheating.
The UCP cheaters deny, lie & justify but…
Only the loyal UCP flock🐑 buy it & pathetically defend “their” cheating govt.
UCP has to cheat, can’t win on their record. Sad.

Important people know the backstory of this ad. @patrickgaspard gave me the idea to take her inexcusable gaffe and do something edgy with it that could get attention.
My content creator, @RyanSayles_ directed and edited it. He should be considered the breakout-star of this cycle. He’s going to be a giant in the media consultant game. He did GAME CHANGING work with SO little.

I've been drug-free going on 14 years. If you're going to insult me, at least get your facts straight.
My past isn't an insult, it's a comeback story I'm damn proud of. 💪

They didn’t mention any unpopular decisions in their “costed” platform, but it hasn’t taken them long to start changing expectations

Writing this in my personal capacity, but I have been flying these types of aircraft for more than 20 years, with over 8,000 hours, and have reasonable familiarity with how the charter world operates. I feel compelled to post after seeing commentary about the Lear 60 crash, from missile strikes to DEI to critiquing this poor woman’s final radio calls.
That last part is what I find most troubling. She was the second-in-command (SIC), and while she was empowered to point out mistakes as part of good crew resource management, she was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation. She likely knew before many of those calls that she was going to die. I have heard final calls from friends, from military pilots with thousands of hours in fighter aircraft, and they are just as heartbreaking because they know the end is approaching.
I understand the public interest given the footage and audio. But you do not know the aircraft’s maintenance history, whether there was a structural failure, if any failure was induced by turbulence, overspeed, or overcontrol, or everything happening in that cockpit. I am sure weather will be part of the investigation, but beyond that, it is speculation. The charter industry routinely hires commercial pilots very early in their careers to gain experience alongside an ATP-qualified captain before they move up to the airlines. She would still have the appropriate training, qualifications, and checkouts by an FAA examiner or designee.
Let people investigate, learn, and share the facts. Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones.

I've put cocaine, heroin, meth, and enough other drugs into my body to make a pharmacist faint.
Today, I got my COVID and flu shots.
After everything my body's survived, I highly doubt two vaccines are going to be its breaking point. 😂💉

Congratulations to every Conservative voter who rents - you just voted for increases in rent prices.
NEW - In a sit-down interview, premier designate Lorne Doerkson says he’s not ruling out an overhaul of the short term rental restrictions.
He also said he supports government employees returning to the office, but added he’s open to a “hybrid” remote work model. #bcpoli

Good piece by Geoff Meggs: Laying the foundations for a post-Eby BC NDP: a tough hill climb, but we’ve been here before geoffmeggs.substack.com/p/la…
Um, I don’t think that happened this Fall. The Legislature was dissolved when Eby called the election.
Also, that sounds like it might have been introduced by Dallas Brodie or Tara Armstrong this past spring or even last year.
