First off, yes, it was a different era of football. I get that. But look at Steve McNair and @Cameron7Ward through their first 20 NFL games. The numbers are remarkably similar, and Cam has actually been better at protecting the football: 8 INTs to McNair’s 12, with nearly identical passer ratings. That’s the point. Development takes time. McNair was the No. 3 pick, spent his first two years developing behind Chris Chandler, and was still getting booed in 1999, the same season he helped take Tennessee to the Super Bowl. And Cam hasn’t exactly had stability around him either. Three head coaches. Three offensive systems. In less than a year. That matters. Cam Ward has played 20 NFL games. Twenty. Stop expecting a finished product before he’s had any real chance to settle into one system and develop. We know how the McNair story ended. The best QB in franchise history. DON’T RUSH THE PROCESS. Support your quarterback. @BuckReising @JaredStillman @TicTacTitans @TDavenport_NFL @PaulKuharskyNFL @eastonfreeze @TheZachLyons @kbull53 @bbishop23, @Titan_Reports, @TitansStats, @Titans
If you truly think @Cameron7Ward is the problem, you’re not a serious person. You’re chasing clicks. Nobody is saying Cam is perfect. But the numbers tell a VERY different story than the garbage narrative some people are trying to push. Over his last 13 starts, Cam has 17 total touchdowns to just 2 interceptions, with the lowest interception rate among NFL starters. And if we’re going to talk about quarterbacks actually hurting their teams, let’s talk about Drake Maye. Maye has 6 interceptions this year. Cam has ONE. Yet somehow, you don’t hear anywhere near the same level of criticism for Maye. Why? The talent is there with Cam. The ball security is there. The flashes are there. At some point, it’s all going to come together. And when it does, a whole lot of the people screaming the loudest right now will suddenly pretend they never doubted him. Mark it.

Truth & Peace students Desmond, Charlie, Landon, Tommy, and Eli taught nearly 1,000 adults and teens in Sunday School at #NAFWB #V3Con26. The more we trust and involve teenagers in ministry today, the more likely they are to stay engaged in their faith tomorrow.

“This is more than a children’s book—it’s a compelling vision for fatherhood. With warmth, biblical depth, and remarkable clarity, Matt @Markins captures what every child is asking and every dad longs to express. This book will not only engage children at bedtime—it will shape fathers for a lifetime.” ~ Scott Turansky, Director, National Center for Biblical Parenting
