Allowing 20,000 American horses to be sold for slaughter each year is beneath us as a nation. President @DonaldTrump should issue an Executive Order to end this practice immediately!
American horses carried our pioneers, served beside our soldiers, and have been part of our nation’s story for generations. They deserve better than being shipped abroad for slaughter.
I led a letter urging President Trump and the USDA to end the export of American horses to be slaughtered for human consumption abroad.
It’s time to end this cruelty once and for all.

💔 XIAO HUANG: THE LITTLE DOG KILLED BY UNIVERSITY SECURITY IN CHINA
In October 2023, a small stray dog named Xiao Huang was killed by campus security at Chongqing College of International Business and Economics.
Xiao Huang had lived on campus for years. Students fed the little dog, bought treats, and provided companionship. Some had reportedly even made plans to offer Xiao Huang a permanent home after graduation.
According to an eyewitness interviewed by Chinese media, several security guards chased Xiao Huang before one struck the dog with a stick.
The university claimed Xiao Huang had chased a student. It subsequently acknowledged that security personnel had acted improperly and caused the dog’s death.
The consequence? A security guard was suspended.
The university apologized and promised improvements. I could find no credible public reporting confirming criminal charges or further punishment.
Three years later, Xiao Huang’s story remains a painful reminder of why animal protection laws matter.
Campus safety is important. But protecting students should never require unnecessary cruelty toward a small, vulnerable animal.
Xiao Huang had spent years learning to trust the people on that campus.
Somebody was even planning to give this little dog a home.
Instead, that life ended in violence.
Rest in peace, Xiao Huang. You deserved so much better. 💔🐾

No dog is born dangerous! Dogs aren’t hardwired for violence; they learn from how they’re raised, trained and treated. Major veterinary groups agree breed alone doesn’t predict aggression. Neglect, abuse and bad training do.
Also, whoever was filming this video should be held responsible for child abuse as this child clearly has no idea of how to train a dog or what to do which is why the dog reacted the way he/she did.
Let’s hold the right side of the leash responsible for once!

Denmark is moving to ban Frankenchickens — the first country in the world to do so.
What we’ve done to chickens is the largest genetic experiment ever run on any animal, and one of the most troubling.
Geneticists took a scrawny bird and engineered an obese meat machine. The chickens we eat today grow four times faster than chickens did in 1957.
But their bodies are not four times stronger. By just six weeks old, many will suffer ailments of old age — heart failure, organ colapse — while one in four will become lame (Knowles et al., 2008).
In studies, lame birds will choose feed laced with painkillers — a sign of chronic pain (Danbury et al., 2000).
Their parents meanwhile are kept on starvation rations. Birds engineered to grow this fast would otherwise eat themselves to death before laying a single egg.
We now breed over 70 billion of these birds a year. Denmark is acting to reverse this giant genetic experiment. The rest of the world should follow suit.

While the 'spooky season' is loved by many people, Black Cats suffer the most during the time.
While It's a myth, people believe that black Cats bring bad luck. They are Victims from a myth that shouldn't exist.
They are t*rtured, sacrificed, mistreated, abused in many ways and during Halloween, black Cats come home or are found often with heavy injuries... If they ever get home...
In Obersteiermark, Admont, Austria, a black Cat was caught, t*rtured, sh0t and nailed on a cross.
The Police is looking for the perpetrators. 10,000 Euros are offered.
Black Cats have a lower adoption rate because of their fur color.
The reason? They don't look "aesthetic" in Pictures, are hard to spot, mean, feisty and bring bad luck.
In reality, most of the Black Cats are very talkative, cuddly, friendly and bring according to many countries good luck and wealth!
Please keep your Cats indoors during Halloween, especially Black Cats! Cats with other fur color are a target too, but black cats are the most during the Holidays.
