It never ceases to amaze me that these people will act like this and then expect us to care what they think.

The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
If it were up to me, I would detail an entire platoon, and let anyone who thinks he couldn't pull the trigger serve in a support role.
I would not call for volunteers. That makes it look kind of bloodthirsty and puts the decision on individual soldiers. I'd make sure it looked like what it is: a grim, bloody duty that must be performed.
I'll admit: I was indifferent to whether the execution be live streamed or not. Just didn't seem important, as long as we kill him.
But the livestream is pissing off all the people it makes me happy to piss off. And, if liberals oppose it, it must be a good idea.

In three weeks this summer, the Secrets of the Ice team recovered 48 prehistoric arrows from the Langfonne, Storfonne and Handklefonne ice patches. The oldest is a slate arrowhead, 5,000 to 6,000 years old, still carrying fragments of its wooden shaft and traces of its original binding. Alongside it came a complete 3,600-year-old arrow tipped with freshwater mussel shell.
For most of the project's 20 years, finds dated to the last two millennia. Now the oldest ice is melting, and the oldest objects are surfacing with it. The archaeologists expect most of these ice patches to vanish within two decades.

When you realize that things like this, and false accusations of rape, actually occur somewhat regularly, it makes you realize that "into the woodchipper he goes!" is maybe not the best policy.

There used to be laws specifically against to prevent this from happening by not allowing children to testify and mandating corroborative evidence requirements but feminist activists ended those laws.
What happened to him is in fact super common and there are thousands more like him who never got out of prison because the accuser never recanted the testimony.
There is something seriously wrong with women today.
This is such a horrible take. *If you assume the guys are innocent,* then they did exactly what the girl did: they got drunk and high and had group sex.
There is NO WAY to condemn their behavior without also condemning hers, but the midwits keep trying.
I've seen so many lie about whether this Cornell girl was raped, and show such complete disregard for the facts, that it makes me wonder why I should believe any woman ever on the subject.
