It shows a difference between the average market most of us are in and the luxury market.
3.5% of the closings were over $2M. The real numbers jumped from 150 to 178 over $2M and they caused that huge split.

After my first term on the board, Mesa is headed in the right direction with all 6 comprehensive high schools earning an "A rating" for the first time ever and the overall district GPA has increased. My first year on the board we set a new tone and created board goals to focus solely on academic rigor and student outcomes. Of course this is exactly what education is about. I look forward to the opportunity to serve a second term and continue in this work to deliver strong schools across the community.
