WHAT WONโT FIT IN MY BIO:
*ThD granted by the Universitatus Committeatum E Pluribus Unum.
Flawed Catholic Christian. Studied Psychology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, & Pharmacology; attended Nursing School. Eventually ended up in Radio where I wore many hats, including News Director at 2 stations. Served on SAG-AFTRAโs SF/Northern CA Local Board of Directors, and - while not a Veteran myself - its National Military Personnel & Families Support Committee; now retired. Wide range of interests, including Reading, History, Music, Science, Philosophy, Economics & Politics (I belong to no Party; on a graph, Iโm slightly right, slightly libertarian). Proudly supporting @The_USO and #WoundedWarriorProject (@wwp).
Nothing personal, but I rarely answer my #DM ๐ซmsgs.
Too many try to pitch me goods or services โ or themselves โ that way. If youโre in my notifications or we communicate often, thatโs different.
Oh, and I wonโt knowingly follow minors back unless I know their parents.

I voted red, because each of these

BREAKING: We now know who covered the windows at Detroitโs TCF Center in the 2020 election.
A Democrat poll challenger did it.
New evidence from nearly one million Detroit 2020 election documents shows why the windows were covered at the TCF Center. Democrat poll challenger David Burcar led the effort to block GOP observers. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson later claimed Detroit Police covered the windows because they were being broken. Records show police did not do it and no windows were broken. The same review found only 132 actual military overseas ballots, yet officials processed thousands of ballots labeled โmilitary,โ many tied to Detroit addresses. Volunteers are calling for an FBI and DOJ investigation.

Hereโs the thing about spotting the horrendous, soulless AI-generated writing infecting every corner of the internet now: itโs not just about the words โ itโs about the patterns.
And once you start noticing them, you canโt unsee them.
The unnecessary em dashes. The polished transitions. The examples given in groups of three.
The weird metaphors that kind of make sense but kind of donโt โ like a parachute opening inside a submarine.
The load-bearing use of the term โload-bearing.โ
The random one sentence paragraphs.
The way a bunch of bland gibberish is quietly reframed as a profound insight.
The on-going and un-necessary hyphenation of every-day words that really donโt need it.
The cliches.
Read that again.
Cliches.
Louder for people in the back.
Tons of cliches.
Thatโs not a typo.
Sit with that for a moment.
And the biggest red flag? Asking yourself a question and answering it.
Because honestly? No sentient human writes like this.
And truthfully? If you canโt identify these red flags, you might not actually be sentient yourself.
Because really? If this formatting doesnโt immediately strike you as awkward and artificial, it means you donโt read books.
Ever.
Seriously.
But hereโs where it gets interesting:
It doesnโt.
The point has been made but Iโll keep going. Thatโs what AI writing is all about.
Letโs delve into real problem. It isnโt the technology. Itโs the people using it because theyโre too retarded to generate an original thought of their own.
Thatโs not thoughtfulness. Itโs intellectual laziness wearing digital makeup.
It doesnโt make the internet more fun. It makes me want to throw my phone in the river and forsake all of humanity and live as a hermit in the woods for the rest of my life.
Seriously this shit fills me with despair. Iโm not kidding.
And the distinction matters.
Especially when youโre saying the distinction matters without actually drawing a distinction.
But hereโs what nobody tells you.
When you ask a machine to manufacture your personality, youโre not just automating your writing. Youโre quietly announcing that youโre a boring, insipid dork with nothing interesting to say.
Let that sink in.
The uncomfortable truth?
AI didnโt turn these people into tedious midwits.
It quietly revealed what they already were.
And perhaps โ just perhaps โ thatโs quietly the most important takeaway of all.
But what do you think? Let's unpack this together in the comments. ๐

Donโt defend yourself. Tell them they missed the worst parts. ๐
