Wish I could tag Tony Clayton here to tell him how courageous he is ruining amateur sports
RJ Luis’ attorney Tony Clayton compares SEC commissioner Greg Sankey to Kim Jong-un:
“LSU may be intimidated by ‘Kim Jong’ Sankey, but we're not.”
Sankey put a ban on all former professional athletes returning to college. Luis is now eligible through another temporary injunction.

FINAL: Brewers 4, Rays 1
For the first time, the Milwaukee Brewers are World Series champions. They did it for Milwaukee, they did it for Wisconsin, they did it for Ueck, they did it for themselves. This was 57 years in the making. And it was pure, beautiful, dominant baseball.

It’s not fair to compare everything, but Bryan Hodgson landed a 5-star at Providence in under 8 months. Ed Cooley has been at Georgetown for over 3.5 years and still hasn’t landed one.

Think back to just a few months ago. Friar fans were worried about making a coaching change, losing players to the portal, and what the future of Providence basketball would look like.
Fast forward to today. Bryan Hodgson hasn’t even coached his first official game at Providence, and he’s already landed Lewis Uvwo, a 5-star recruit, and Javon Bardwell, a former 5-star prospect.
The excitement around this program has completely shifted before the season has even started.
We went from worrying about the future to being excited about what’s being built.
What a hire by Providence. The ceiling for this program feels higher than it has in years.

Lewis Uvwo to Providence!!!
I’ve always been fascinated by Lewis. His personality is one of one. This kid is a beautiful human being, and I’ve always felt he sees the world a little differently.
He could’ve gone anywhere. I love that he chose Providence.
Now the bball part begins. I’m excited to see how Bryan Hodgson builds around this chaotic thunderstorm of a player!
WAHT A PICKUP and congrats Friars nation! 👏

Providence has to be one of the hottest teams in the country right now. Blow out exhibition wins against good teams, major portal wins and now a Top 10 Freshman commitment for Hodgson in Year 1.
Off to a beautiful start.
The last number 1 ranked player at a position to commit to the Friars? Kris Dunn in 2012.. other things that happened in 2012- the "world was ending", Maroon 5 was collabing with Wiz & Grant Hill & Jason Kidd were still in the NBA .... Kris Dunn is currently in year 11 in the NBA
