When I have done the most growing in my career/life it’s because I was willing to receive feedback. I’m not always in this place, because it’s hard. And not all feedback is true but if I trust the source it’s worth knowing💙
What we think and feel drives what we say and do. Seems as though culture is based on that being in alignment. It’s a group effort and always happening.
#Vulnerability can be simply saying, “I don’t know” or “I need help”. And yet, most humans fight this as if the rest of us have it all figured out🤷🏻♀️ Like they’ll be the only one without an answer or in need of help. #honesty #trust #humility #connection
