You have to admire their consistency of doubling down on losing strategies.
The four Indiana Secretary of State candidates don’t agree on much, but we all agree the Indiana Election Commission should meet before Election Day.
I wrote a letter to Governor Braun asking him to do the right thing and call the commission to meet and consider four pending campaign finance complaints in the race.
I wrote the letter and ordered it to be delivered even before Marion Superior Court Judge Jennifer Prinz Harrison denied a preliminary injunction in my lawsuit seeking to compel the commission to meet before next Tuesday’s election.
In the letter, I wrote:
“I am asking you as the governor of our state to send the message to all voters that our elections are above board and fair to everyone…It seems the right thing to do."
The campaign is weighing its appellate options.
I hope that further legal action is not necessary and the governor acts in the best interest of Indiana voters. The clock is ticking, and Hoosiers deserve to have all the information needed to make informed decisions in this race.

Over the last week, I had the privilege of being invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (@IsraelMFA) to visit Israel as part of a diplomatic delegation of leaders from across the United States. We explored the relationship between our two nations, with a focus on technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for continued cooperation.
I had the opportunity to meet Israel’s foreign minister and president, as well as the U.S. ambassador to Israel, and to hear directly about the challenges and opportunities facing the region.
Beyond the diplomatic discussions, one of the most meaningful parts of this trip was the opportunity to visit holy sites central to my Christian faith. To walk where Jesus walked and see firsthand the places I have read about in Scripture was an incredible experience that brought the Bible to life in a deeply personal way. These are moments I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
I also witnessed firsthand the devastation left by the October 7 terrorist attacks, including visiting communities along the Gaza border forever changed by that horrific day. Seeing these places and hearing the stories of those affected was heartbreaking, but also a powerful reminder of the resilience and strength of the Jewish people.
This experience only deepened my longstanding belief in the importance of standing with Israel and the Jewish people. Their history, faith, perseverance, and determination to build a better future are remarkable, and the friendship between our two nations is one worth protecting and strengthening.
I return home grateful for the invitation, the friendships made, and the opportunity to experience a country that holds such profound significance to my faith and to the world. It was truly a trip I will never forget. I look forward to sharing my full experience in a video message in the coming days.

An America Hero.
JUST IN: The man who stopped the school shooting in Bend, Oregon, has been identified as 36-year-old Kalub Giamanco.
Giamanco, a carpenter, was reportedly driving home for lunch when he heard gunshots.
After hearing the gunshots, Giamanco, who has a concealed carry permit, followed the suspect into the school.
He then shot and killed 16-year-old John J Griffin moments after the teen opened fire into a special education classroom.
Giamanco, who has two children of his own who attend the school, is family friends with one of the victims, a 7-year-old who uses a wheelchair and was shot in the face.
The 7-year-old survived and is in the hospital.
Three children at Silver Rail Elementary School were killed. Their ages are 5, 8, and 11.
According to Giamanco's brother, Giamanco doesn't feel like a hero because he feels guilty for not being able to save more children.
