Feeling off Mechanically? Start by shifting POSTURE back to the MIDDLE. ➡️⬅️ Postural/Weight shift changes are the most common in-season velocity killers that we see. As your body fatigues one of the first things to compensate is your posture and weight shift. Instead of staying stacked and moving efficiently toward the target, youll see pitchers do one of these: ⬇️ -Shift weight too far over the toes -Shift too far over the heel -Overall bad posture during lift Those small changes can throw off timing, reduce energy transfer, and ultimately cost you command/velocity. These guys above are all examples of guys who picked up velocity by addressing posture 🔥. If your velo is down or your delivery just doesn’t feel right, don’t immediately look at your arm. Start by checking your posture and weight shift. Getting back to the middle can help restore efficiency, improve timing, and clean up direction. Need help? Just DM us. #Develop
