Last day of school tradition-- picture books, notes for students, and ducks. #ItMustBeMayInThe7thGrade
I know that there are great Indiana high sectional games happening this weekend, but the @FCJHFalcons girls basketball county game was THE best basketball of the weekend. GO FALCONS!
Day one of #NCTE23 --Besides the fantastic sessions and inspiring ideas, the community of Hilliard saved me from myself (and the car keys that I locked in my car).
Indiana law says I have to call you by your birth certificate name unless your parents send me a change in writing.
So, we're calling you Twitter for the school year.

Enough! – at Marco Island, FL
In this state, I should be wearing black and gold or cream and crimson, but I had to wear @KentState because @Jflem11_COOP is a grown-up 8th grader and COACHING in the NCAA tournament.
When you are in you right place, you do great things! @AshleyHeckly is in the right place and more than deserves this recognition!!

Thank you @MrKinetik @vbcoachjamie and @mr_willey for your leadership, knowledge, and openness today. The @HSESchools intermediate and jr. high Restorative Practice teams are lucky to have you!
All the cool kids have a second day of school picture. @FCJRFalcons @HSESchools
Already excited about the people who I get to share this room with.
Matt De La Peña just read us two of his beautiful books, and I am filled with beautiful words. Thank you @mattdelapena and #NCTEHomecoming
I am excited to be a student today. Thankful for @EducateIN for bringing #GYTO to Indiana teachers for free!!
This is horrific.
I am holding my heart open for my teacher brothers and sisters in Texas.
Being a student and a teacher should not feel life-threatening.
Today is the last day of school. Here’s what I love about 7th graders:
When someone shows their feet, they say “put those dogs away.”
They ask when we are going to “presentate.”
And ALWAYS they make my days so much better. #jrhighisbest @FCJRFalcons
