This is fun to watch and never gets old for a few reasons, but mostly because, for men, getting a nice young woman to laugh uncontrollably ranks right up there with crushing your enemies and seeing them driven before you.

The spirits of my ancestors watching the BPD girl I'm in a situationship with get really distant and non-talkative
The thing about luck is that it needs a conduit. There's an infinite supply of it in the universe but if you aren't energetically attractive enough then it just continues to sit idle in the air
You're about to do some random errands. "I probably won't see anyone" so you decide to throw on the lazy fit instead of something that could be complimented on. Day off and you're in the house. "I definitely won't see anyone" so you half ass the getting ready process instead of stepping out of the bathroom clean and fresh
Ok so this insinuates that you should always try to come off a certain way. Yes but out of genuine self respect. It's simply the energy that matters. Who cares if someone sees it or not. It's the fact that you're perpetually telling your brain "I love myself so I want to express my best self. I am someone who is always open to receiving abundance. I am someone who actively wants the universe to know that I exist"
You don't discriminate in the way you show up in the world regardless of the situation. The decision to always try to embody the best version of yourself, whether that's through being intentional about your appearance, the way you walk, the facial expressions you carry as you go about your day
All vibrational signals you broadcast into the air that tell luck how to perceive and approach you. You don't go searching for it or else you scare it off. You just have to let it find you on its own by believing that you are actually deserving of it. And you create that belief through your actions
Act abundant and you will feel abundant. Feel abundant and you will want to take more abundant actions, which will give you more abundant feelings. Then before you know it your life changes. Opportunities start falling into your lap. "How did I get so lucky?"
A very powerful affirmation worth sharing:
“I forgive everyone, for everything.”
Say it OUT LOUD. Slowly. And pay attention to what comes up.
You might notice a very interesting reaction:
“That’s a good one. Wait. Forgive EVERYONE? Fuck that! That means I’d have to forgive that person who...”
Oh.
There it is.
The exception. The person whose name still changes your mood. The thing you thought you’d moved on from, until five words brought it straight back up.
Now you see the value in this.
Notice how quickly your mind starts negotiating. Everyone except HIM. Everything except THAT. Perhaps once they apologise. Perhaps once they understand what they did. Perhaps once they suffer a little themselves...
And until then? You get to carry it around. How wonderful.
It can be quite a revelation to realise how fiercely you’re defending something you’re fucking exhausted from carrying.
You can be completely right about what happened and still decide you’ve given it enough of your life.
Say it again:
“I forgive everyone, for everything.”
You might notice an immediate wash of calm. Your shoulders dropping. A deeper breath. An intense sense of freedom, as though you’ve finally given yourself permission to stop having an argument that’s been going on inside you for YEARS.
And if another name comes up, another memory, another “yeah, but...” simply notice it.
Look at how much you’ve been holding onto. The grudges. The disappointments. The annoying shortcomings of others. All those little offences you’ve kept so meticulously accounted for.
How much of your attention is still occupied by people who aren’t even in the fucking room?
And while you’re at it, remember:
EVERYONE INCLUDES YOU.
The younger you who didn’t know better. The you who DID know better and fucked it up anyway. The opportunities wasted. The things said. The things you wish you’d done differently.
How many more years would you like to keep punishing yourself?
Keep the lesson. Keep your standards. Give yourself permission to put the weight down.
FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES.
FORGIVE YOUR PARENTS.
AND FOR FUCK’S SAKE, FORGIVE YOURSELF.
RELEASE THE BULLSHIT IN YOUR HEART, SO YOU CAN FILL IT WITH YOUR GREATNESS.
Every bit of attention you free from an old grievance becomes available for something else. For creating. For loving. For being patient with someone who needs it. For being a LIGHT to others.
There is so much of you still available to give.
Let it go.
And make room for what is new.
Namaste.

The trick to being a charismatic adult is to act like a 5-year-old.
Always say hello/goodbye to people you know, and just act like everyone is already your friend.

WAIT WAIT WAIT — SO APPARENTLY WHEN YOU (OR YOUR KID) ARE ABOUT TO DO A CHORE, AND SOMEONE TELLS YOU TO DO IT, YOUR BRAIN AUTOMATICALLY REFUSES JUST BECAUSE THEY ASKED?? Yes, and it actually has a clinical name:

I have layered disdain, hatred, sympathy and empathy for this anguish but at the end of the day you are all beautiful, delicate souls and so I will say this:
the loss of specialized expert status is not the root of your suffering, you fear becoming completely unneeded. you fear it on a primal level, because nearly all humans fear it, because in the dim villages and cities of our evolutionary youth to be unneeded was to be one step away from obliteration.
start by seeing what truly scratches at the back of your mind, then consider what must be done with that feeling. my darling child, you do not need to be afraid of the dark anymore.
