From Newbie to Profitable Trader: My Journey I've come a longway since I started posting about trading on X, both as a person and a trader. From barely knowing my way around a chart to building a system that's been consistently profitable, it’s been a fun ride. Trading ain’t easy let’s keep it 💯 not because it’s rocket science, but because it’s tough to find people you can trust, stay disciplined, and stick to your rules like glue. That’s my experience, and I bet a lot of you feel the same. 1/5🧵

The previous post discussed how to take advantage of liquidations and how the bigger players can benefit from them. Now, let's look at where we can search for larger long positions. The green box is a strong confluence zone, also known as a high probability zone. This is where I will be looking for a larger long position. I will use our indicator to look for divergences. I usually start with higher timeframes and work my way down. If a divergence is shown on the 1-hour, 30-minute, and 15-minute timeframes, I usually take the trade on the 15-minute timeframe to get the best possible entry. If we don't see any divergences and the zone is broken, then no trade is taken. Trade here,Get u to a $7K deposit bonus: u.primexbt.com/Trader1andy

We got a nice short trade $BTC, somewhat risky as I mentioned, but I managed to book a nice profit. The next level I'll be looking for a trade, you can see in the chart. Turn on notifications in case I come up with some scalp trades inn the meanwhile. Comment your TRC20 address, and I'll buy coffee for 2 people.
We got some nice dives at the block that gave us a great short opportunity. I'm still favoring that we go down from here, but taking a short now is a bit is risky.

I don’t know Crypto Nerd personally, nor do I believe he ‘deserved this.’ I’m sure he will make a comeback and I appreciate his honesty. Yet, this is the harsh reality of the market: years of grinding can result in giving everything back in one night due to emotions running high, euphoria, and having no stop-loss in place—truly, the perfect cocktail for liquidation. As a mentor who has been teaching technical analysis for years, I have always advised my students that if you cannot mitigate risk and implement proper risk management, you shouldn’t even bother trading. You will encounter trades that go against you. It’s essential to assess how much you can afford to lose before entering a new trade. Sadly, most people do not set a stop-loss because they believe it’s useless. That’s why many end up giving everything back. I’ve literally built a live liquidation tool and can see how intense and rapid the losses can be. This is how most people operate in the market: they accumulate a large amount of money and then give it all back to the market again. If you’re interested in a free risk management guide, hit the like button 👍
Just woke up and realised I got liquidated overnight. I was 3x long PEPE. I lost everything I had. I don't even have $1000 in my bank account but had $1M in binance. I have been in crypto since 2017. Today I lost everything. Feel like doing suicide 😭😭 $PEPE $BTC

Market and Market Makers, Part 1 To understand the market, you need to understand something called payment for order flow. Before, when you wanted to buy a stock, you paid a small fee to your broker to execute the trade. With payment for order flow, you pay nothing. That's because the exchange sells your order to a middleman, called a market maker. When you click "buy" or "sell," your order doesn't go to a traditional exchange but to a market maker, who executes the trade! Since there is so much trading every day, it's easy for market makers to match orders together. For example, if one person wants to sell and another wants to buy, the market maker can take both orders and give them both a better price than they would have gotten on an exchange. The market maker keeps the exchange fees and shares them with the exchange. On an individual basis, they don't make much money from it, but when we're talking about millions or potentially billions of sales, it adds up. Some market makers can earn billions. Market making contributes to increased liquidity by guaranteeing a maximum spread between the best buyer and best seller in the order book. When you go long, the market maker sells you his short, and when you go short, the market maker sells you his long. In this way, they ensure the best possible price. When your order is liquidated or your stop loss is triggered, this counts as an order. So in some cases, market makers can manipulate the price to trigger these orders. Market makers have endless amounts of money and can move the price exactly as they want. Most traders set stop losses the same way and think the same way. Market makers have algorithms, and individual traders exploit this to their profitability. Now that we know how they make money, it's easier to avoid falling into the same traps over and over again. In the next part, I will talk about psychology and market makers.

Truth is that you can beat 99% of the Players in Crypto with minimal effort and common sense. And that's a great thing for people who really learn to Trade and take efforts. This is not an insult to anyone but a testament of how even a small amount of study or research will provide you with unending wealth. Study even a little bit and you are an Einstein in the land of Sheep.

The name of the game in trading is survival, not profits. And as you get good at survival, then the profits come. Few understand this...
