Ward 15 in Buffalo City is tied! DA: 26.5% (1714 votes) EFF: 26.5% (1714 votes) ANC: 26.2 % (1692 votes) Apparently, a recount automatically happens and then if still tied, the ward gets decided by a coin toss.
