Whoever is planning a june 25 protest to oust ruto is taking genZ wave for a ride. We need accountability, transparency and justice but holding a protest will just give the june 25 power shift we experienced last year which was an age of truth and awareness for alot of usโ€ฆ. 1/1

It would be nice if you also addressed the antagonistic somali elements, both big & small. Address why Boranas and Oromos get heavily insulted by Somalis on the TL. Address the heavy use of jareer/bantu/nywele ngumu. Address the ever-increasing cessationist posts. Let's balance.
Iโ€™m tired of typing so hereโ€™s a video for you guys with your nasty comments and statements on the Kenyan Somali community

Somalis are trying to bring the instability witnessed in the Middle East into Kenya and Ethiopia, we must never allow it.

You canโ€™t actually remove a sitting president when you donโ€™t have 2/3 rd majority vote in the senate so this is just waste of time
BREAKING: ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Trump has lost the midterm elections as Democrats are winning both the US House and Senate. Democrats plan to impeach president Trump.

If Garres were the majority and the first people to settle in Moyale, how come Borana language become their first language?! How did minority Boranas managed to make their language the main language in Moyale.? Did Boranas colonized the Garre and forced the language on them?!

These RPGs landed on Kenyan soil at a place called Sessi, within Kenyan territory, last night. KDF officers managed to handle and destroy the ordnance today before it harmed innocent Kenyansโ€ฆโ€ฆ

Kenyans are not angry enough. The war that started in moyale will not end there. Boranaโ€™s defended Kenyas border once(NFD) and we are going to defend it again. Somalis have agenda. We are the only one in their way. I hope you guys see the bigger picture. I hope its clear now.

Evidence that the people fighting in Moyale against oromo owners of the land are not Ethiopian . Rather hired mercenaries.

This guy held the UDM party meeting in buladhi which is not even in his country, he knows majority of his illegal fund for his campaign come from there and you expect him to be fair.
Jawar Mohamed, your prescription for Moyale is theoretically brilliant, provided Ethiopia has a functioning, impartial Federal Government. Unfortunately, that is precisely the inconvenient reality your post so elegantly avoids. Ethiopia increasingly risks descending into failed-state conditions. From Tigrayโ€™s devastating conflict and renewed tensions, the Amhara insurgency, dangerous rhetoric surrounding access to the Red Sea and Eritrea, to Oromiaโ€™s alleged territorial expansionism, the country faces a profound crisis of governance and federal credibility. Now, your remarkable proposal is to entrust disarmament to federal security forces whose alleged collaboration with Oromia regional forces in the Moyale conflict has already shattered confidence in their neutrality. What an ingenious formula? appointing the accused as the referee, surrendering the weapons, and hoping for justice? Disarmament works where the centre is trusted. Where credible allegations of federal complicity remain unresolved, it risks becoming an instrument of selective vulnerability and persecution. Those allegations demand independent investigation, not convenient silence. A genuinely impartial and functional Federal Government should have contained the Moyale crisis within days. Instead, the continuing insecurity raises fundamental questions about political will, constitutional responsibility and equal protection. The sustainable alternative is permanent, professional security deployments by both Somali and Oromia regional governments, clearly demarcated administrative jurisdictions, robust civilian protection, and institutionalised security cooperation under genuinely neutral federal oversight. The Federal Government should invest in roads, markets, universities, hospitals and cross-border trade infrastructure. Let Oromia and Somali regions compete in prosperity, productivity, investment and opportunities, not territorial conquest or the accumulation of DShKs and RPGs. In the 21st century, communities should be competing over who builds better hospitals, educates more children and creates more jobs. Economic prosperity gives communities something worth protecting together. Endless conflict offers only mutual destruction. Peace cannot be manufactured by disarming communities while leaving the underlying allegations of state complicity unaddressed. Neutrality must precede trust, and trust must underpin disarmament. Jawar, you understand Ethiopiaโ€™s political machinery far too well for anyone to believe you have simply overlooked these realities. Your post is remarkable not for what it proposes, but for what it so conveniently chooses not to address.

Since when did Garri start naming their kids Diko(Diqo)? This message is directly pasted on your account from malicious sources.Stop embarrassing yourself at this old age Billow Kerrow, respect your age if you can't respect yourself.
MOYALE: A FALSE FLAG OPERATION? It was Wednesday 21st October 2026. On that bright sunny morning, a young 13 year old Somali girl, Diko Ibren Idow, was shot dead by the Oromo region security forces as she witnessed the hoisting of a flag on a government-leased building in the Somali-administered location (Qabale) of Moyale town. Two others were injured. The building is owned by a Somali, Dinow Manur, who had bought the same from an Oromo businessman several years ago. Federal security forces intervened immediately. The Oromo administration claimed that the buildingโ€™s previous Oromo owner had unpaid taxes, and hence it remains part of its administration. Weird? Nonetheless, the Somali side agreed, and decided to move the offices to an adjacent building on Thursday morning, 22ndOctober. There was no retaliation by the Somalis. By afternoon of the same day, the Oromos started the invasion. The town came under heavy fire from the Oromo side. This was followed by simultaneous attacks on other towns like Hudat, Chamuk, etc accross the Dawa Zone. Clearly, the hoisting of a flag was a false flag operation. The Oromoโ€™s long held plan to take over Dawa Zone was now in full swing. Soon, tens of thousands of Oromo militia, supported by Federal security forces, were attacking the Somali towns across the Zone in droves. The real question is: why would raising a flag over an office that is located inside the Somali-administered part of Moyale be an issue for the Oromia side to start a war? Wasnโ€™t Somali region flag already raised in Moyale for over 35 years? Is there no functioning Somali Region administration on the Somali-administered side of Moyale? What is new? You are the mouthpiece for the PM. Itโ€™s a pity you can be pretentious about what happened. There are state and federal institutions in Moyale to answer all your queries, but you are not interested. Is there a will for โ€˜ an independent and impartial investigationโ€™ from Abiy Ahmed? Has Oromo identity not become โ€˜a tool for incitement, intimidation, territorial ambitionโ€™ in Ethiopia? @SuleimanDedefo @AbiyAhmedAli

Fighting between the Garri and Borana clans around Moyale has stopped today following discussions between federal authorities and leaders of the two regional states. They could have held these discussions days ago, saving lives and preventing the destruction of property caused by this senseless conflict. The authorities must immediately deploy federal forces to prevent a resumption of fighting, stop the smuggling of weapons, and crack down on the illicit trade fueling the conflict. They must also stop dragging their feet on finding lasting legal and political solutions to the disputes that various actors have exploited to pit these communities against one another.

This respected Somali elder is speaking the truth. Wajir, Garissa and Mandera are associated with the Somali community, while Moyale, Marsabit and Isiolo have deep historical ties to the Oromo/Borana people.Moyale is NOT in Somalia!

The Boran people are peaceful and deeply value human life, especially the lives of women and children. They believe in protecting the innocent and respecting human dignity. If it were the other group, we might be telling a completely different story๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
This is now Borantity that our neighbours want to tarnish our identity from. Borantity is humanity first not my clan first. The shosh is more secure with them than her own people who ran from her after war. The Weytan and Fala Maalum are in Nairobi fanning the fire. Peace.Peace.
