holy sh*t. Karpathy's second brain pattern runs on Grok Bot now: stop explaining your life to AI from zero every chat, keep a wiki that writes itself three bots in one group chat, each with its own memory: the reader takes every link, PDF and voice note you drop and never edits it the librarian rewrites every wiki page that source touches, usually 10 to 15 of them the checker wakes up on a nightly routine and hunts contradictions, stale claims and pages nothing links to → you ask a question: the answer gets filed back as a page, so the brain grows from use, not only from reading → a new source contradicts an old page: the checker tags you instead of quietly overwriting it → a page goes 30 days without a fresh source: it gets marked unconfirmed a second brain can sound sure while remembering the wrong thing Reader collects. Librarian writes. Checker doubts. every page has to show: > the claim > the source it came from > the date it was last confirmed paste this into Grok Bot: "Build me a second brain with three bots in one group chat. Keep my sources untouched in raw/, maintain wiki/ yourself, file good answers back as pages and run a nightly check for contradictions. Show me the structure first. Do not create anything until I confirm" start with one topic you actually work on, not your whole life full setup below

claude opus 5.5 completely solved three.js it took a floor plan and turned it into a 3d house you can walk through home builders pay $5k to $10k per floor plan for this, so buyers can tour a home before it's built and change things if needed here's how to automate client acquisition: > scrape builder sites for plans with no model home > give the plan and their photos to opus 5.5 > it builds the house to scale as a walkable site > send the builder their own plan before you pitch > charge per plan to do the rest of their catalog > rerun it on every new plan they launch give this prompt to your agent to get started: "here's a floor plan and photos for one house. build it as a three.js site i can walk through in the browser, to scale from the plan, with every room, finish and piece of furniture matched to the photos. the bar is the photos themselves. split the house into pieces you can judge separately, and give each one a builder and a separate critic with fresh context. the critic compares a screenshot of our room with the matching photo, picks the better one, names the biggest gap, and sends it back. keep looping until ours wins or i stop you, and tell me anything you couldn't match."

who the f*ck let a spider read my prompt... i am never writing one by hand again i thought my prompt was clean, i had run it for weeks, then i let the spider read it like a stranger, 181 words, and the first score was 37 out of 100 → every word tagged as a claim, an owner, a file, an approval or vague → the vague ones went into my second brain and came back with what i had already decided, 45 links → the 12 it could not resolve were flagged for me → 0 words guessed final score 82, and i did not rewrite a single line. the prompt was never bad, it was disconnected from everything i already knew, and now the spider pulls that context in so i stop typing it by hand.

I used GPT-6 Astra to break an unsolved cipher to one of Napoleon's generals that had gone unread for 217 years. What makes this impressive isn't actually the codebreaking, but that Astra completed the entire multi-modal workflow in ~6 hours from a single image and goal. 1/6🧵

This is wild. Claude just found something humans missed. It spotted a hidden repeat pattern in raw bacteriophage DNA… …and uncovered a previously unknown enzyme system in bacteriophages with CRISPR-like repeats. 🤯 950 agents. 21 hours. 210M tokens.
Claude has discovered a previously unknown enzyme system hidden in the DNA of bacteriophages. Beside the enzyme’s gene sits a long array of repeating DNA—a structure that looks somewhat similar to CRISPR. We don’t yet understand what this system does, but only a handful of known systems share its features, and all of them are able to cut, copy, and paste DNA. Historically, the discovery of such programmable systems has helped revolutionize medicine. CRISPR, for instance, is now the foundation of genetic medicines. But it will take much more work to learn what this system does, and whether it can be put to similar use. Read more: anthropic.com/news/claude-di…

Opus 5.5 designing LEGO 👀 I asked it to design a Microduck I can build with real LEGO pieces. It: > designed it life-size using 1113 real LEGO parts > verified: 3,204 connections, 0 collisions, every step buildable, centre of mass inside the feet 🤯 > made a 141-page LEGO-style booklet (237 steps) > priced every piece in the browser and prepared the orders on BrickLink

Opus 5.5 is next level. I’m genuinely impressed by the three.js details. I generated a playable boat scene through Japanese landscapes with dynamic weather, day and night lighting, realistic textures and 3D characters. Live site: valley.mengto.here.now The water reflections, physics, scenery and architecture are insane. I could look at this all day.
