Replying to @nollahealth
@nollahealth is pioneering access to care with AI-driven prescriptions. But critical use cases like these require superhuman performance.
Together with @nvidia and @nebius, we post-trained the new Nemotron 3.5 VL Super to SoTA on differential diagnosis.
We partnered with @nvidia, @nollahealth, and @nebiusai to post train Nemotron 3.5 VL Super far past the frontier on dermatology diagnosis.
The model set new standards in our internal measures of trainability, and with Nolla it's powering the future of AI in medical care.

Accurate extraction of chemical synthesis routes from scientific literature is critical to accelerating AI-native drug discovery workflows. Today, in collaboration with @nvidia , we are excited to announce state-of-the-art performance in extracting these routes using fine-tuned Nemotron 3.5 Super VL and Nemotron 3 Nano Omni. We are grateful to the team at @NVIDIAHealth for their partnership on this work and honored for our collaboration to be featured in today’s Nemotron 3.5 Super VL launch!
By embedding this capability directly into our EMMI platform, which combines proprietary hardware, scale data, chemistry-first AI, and lab-in-the-loop automation, we are enabling our agents to dynamically parse and reason over chemical documents on-the-fly, and powering a continuous data flywheel that is further expanding our access to actionable chemical space and accelerating the path to novel medicines for the patients who need them.

How is AI accelerating scientific progress?
On October 7, I'm moderating a conversation with three founders and leaders working on that question:
• Michelle Lee, CEO of @medra_ai
• Andy Beam, CTO of @LilaSciences
• Gleb Kuznetsov, CEO of @ManifoldBio
@AnthropicAI and @nvidia are bringing together founders, researchers, and builders at Claude Founder House during #SFTechWeek to talk about AI for science and drug discovery.
We’ll start with a short panel, then continue the conversation over drinks. If you’re building in this space, we’d love to see you there.

This is why I love AI: A 3D model of a child's heart used to take four hours of manual work. CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) says AI can now generate it in seconds.
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia built an open-source cardiac modeling platform using NVIDIA MONAI. It turns CT, MRI and ultrasound images into detailed models of a child's own heart.
Doctors can study the anatomy and assess how a device will fit before a procedure. For children born with heart defects, those details can shape the treatment plan.
The video shows the next step CHOP is exploring: simulating how different stents behave inside a heart model, with the goal of bringing those simulations close to real time.
A cardiologist or radiologist still reviews and signs off on every model.
For babies facing heart surgery, CHOP's Dr. Matthew Jolley told us, "the goal is always to do fewer of them, and to get each one right."
A pretty compelling use of AI. I love it!

The bottleneck in RNA modeling is not architecture. It is that the data is thin, narrow and rarely dynamic.
Chronos was @thernabio's answer. Tens of thousands of synthetic mRNAs across a pool of around 50 human cell lines, followed over time, in a single experiment.
Analyzing data of that size needed a matching computational approach. We got roughly a 200x speedup using rapids-singlecell, an open-source scverse package built on NVIDIA CUDA-X Data Science from @NVIDIAHealth .
In collaboration with @LightningAI, we are also releasing a Lightning Studio so users can interact with the data directly.
Today we are releasing Chronos, the data engine behind our AI RNA Biologist, RNA-Logix™.
Tens of thousands of synthetic mRNAs. ~50 human cell lines. Followed over time. One experiment. Millions of functional RNA measurements.
