The Free Yard Waste Collection Program begins on Monday, Nov. 2, along with the second cycle of the Bulk Curbside Leaf Collection Program. This #FAQFriday, we’re talking about these two leaf disposal programs. Question: What is the difference between the two programs? (1/4)
