Alaba went from a 10.2 guy to running consistent 10.0s in his 2 seasons at Middle Tennessee 🇬🇭 Mustapha Bopkin went from a 10.2 guy in the NAIA to running multiple sub-10s in his first year at Middle Tennessee last season I think this is a solid choice by Godwin
Tejiri Godwin has signed with Middle Tennessee State University. Noting that Akintola Alaba is a product of this institution.

I would like to see her run more 60mH races in the future. Most Jamaican coaches don’t think indoor races are worth anything for outdoor but maybe that could help clean up those first few hurdles
Tobi Amusan 🇳🇬 need to give more attention to the 100m next year. What she might need now is to get faster at the 100m to challenge Russell in the 100mh.

Qualified in May National Trials in June Commonwealth and World U20s in ended over a month ago There was plenty of time to get their stuff together. Did they just forget about it? What have the officials been doing all this time???
Replying to @NaturalCal
I heard that a couple of the relay runners were unable to obtain a visa. Make me wonder how this can be possible for a tournament that they’ve been aware of since May this year!

No Ajayi makes sense from how the legs have to be set up. Tobi needs to focus on her hurdles. Would prefer Udodi on 3rd over Alaba but there’s multiple reasons why that might not happen Ashe - Rosemary - Alaba - Miracle seems most likely
No Ajayi I highly doubt Tobi will run it since she’s facing dragons in her event Udodi will want to save himself for the 200m since he has a good chance of making the final Fielded team will probably be Alaba, Ashe, Miracle, Rosemary

Definitely a very recent development as we get closer to Ultimate (she was still listed in the ranking as of Friday/early Saturday). But it looks Ofili will decline the invite. Likely to avoid any nationality drama and keep her waiting period intact
Replying to @NaturalCal
@NaturalCal favour ofili is no longer on the road to world ultimate (200m). Seems like it could be the nationality ish?
