If you're caught riding uninsured, the consequences can be the same as driving an uninsured car. #ARREST - Team 2 patrolled #NECHELLS recently and stopped a vehicle driving eratically. A strong smell of cannabis emanating from car has led us to conducting a stop and search. Hidden in the rear seats was a lock knife. All 3 occupants arrested. #LifeOrKnife
